Serapi Hotel 住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 0.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
入住/退房時間
Accommodation charges MYR 15.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:30.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
In accordance with government guidelines due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the property can currently only accept bookings from essential workers. Identification and reasonable evidence of work qualification must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in hotel cancelling the bookings.
