As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Any parties or events are not allowed in this accommodation.

To all our value guests. To ensure that our apartments are kept clean and comfortable. We will be charging each bookings with extra MYR70 for 1 room ( RM90 for 2 rooms ) as cleaning and laundry fee to clean up after your check out. The cleaning fees will be collected once guests arrive on our apartment. The fee is a one-time non-refundable payment applied per stay per room. No matter the days nor guests. Please put the fee into lockbox when you collect the key card and send us a photo as proof. Thanks.

Please note that our check in window is from 3pm till 11pm. Check in after 11pm is deemed as no show or without support. Our physical support ends at 9pm while online support ends at 11pm. If you check in after 11pm, please read and follow check in instructions carefully to obtain your room key. Please ask us anything before 11pm if you are not clear about the instructions. For any questions after 11pm, We will only be able to respond your queries next day from 9am till 11pm. Thanks

sebelum pesan Ingat Ada Uang kebersihan 90Rm + 10Rm / malam. di kalikan saja klean sewa berpaa malam. pesan Yang 2 Kamar. kamar 1 nya Itu Mirip Teras Nya Tipe Studio. plafon Rembes Sudah jamuran. banyak Aturan nya lagi. intinya Kapok Sama properti ini.

Dekat Night Alor Street Food dan LRT Plaza Rakyat dan LRT & MRT Hang Tuah. Di komplek apartemen juga ada 1 swalayan lengkap dan 2 minimarket. Ada 2 restoran oke dekat apartemen, yakni Kedai Mamak Husin dan Idris Mie Tarik Halal. Lokasi strategis banget.

Hotel ini menyediakan self service unt check in dan check out. Staff yang melayani sangat ramah dan responsible, dia akan memandu kita melalui WA. Kamar bersih dan rapi, AC, lemari es, heater, hair dryer, setrika dan semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik, sepada dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Hotel berdekatan dengan pusat kota seperti petailing, bukit bintang dan stasiun mrt. Di depan hotel jadi tersedia resto dan minimarket.

The unit was spacious and clean. The equipment in the unit was complete enough: washing machine, iron, oven, stove, cutlery. It was a good place to stay, yet the host charged an extra RM 90 for a cleaning fee and government tax RM 10/night. We stayed for 3 nights. The charge for cleaning that bothered me. They should mention it in the description so we could know before booking. The charge stated in the voucher after issuance which shocked us since RM 120 is quite a big amount. If you don't mind being charged that much, the place was good to stay while you are in KL.

Self check in cukup mudah dengan ikuti petunjuk. Lokasi dekat dengan pudu sentral dan diantara petailing dan bukit bintang. Fasilitas pendukung sangat memadai, namun agak disayangkan saat masuk unit di hari pertama ruangan agak berbau seperti amis ikan (fishy). Selain itu, overall semuanya cukup nyaman.
