Planning to check in outside the check-in time (such as early morning or late in the evening)? You can arrange it directly with the property!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

Our apartment advocates self check-in. After any booking is made, a detailed self check-in instruction will be send via email or through the Traveloka messaging platform. Please note that our check in window is from 3pm till 11pm. Check in after 11pm is deemed as no show or without support. Our physical support ends at 9pm while online support ends at 11pm. If you check in after 11pm, please read and follow check in instructions carefully to obtain your room key. Please ask us anything before 11pm if you are not clear about the instructions. For any questions after 11pm, We will only be able to respond your queries next day from 9am till 11pm. Thanks
To all our value guests. To ensure that our apartments are kept clean and comfortable. We will be charging each bookings with extra MYR70 for 1 room ( RM90 for 2 rooms ) as cleaning and laundry fee to clean up after your check out. The cleaning fees will be collected once guests arrive on our apartment. The fee is a one-time non-refundable payment applied per stay per room. No matter the days nor guests. Please put the fee into lockbox when you collect the key card and send us a photo as proof. Thanks.

Self check in is quite easy by following the instructions. The location is close to Pudu Sentral and between Petaling and Bukit Bintang. The supporting facilities are very adequate, but it is a bit unfortunate when entering the unit on the first day the room smells a bit like fishy. Apart from that, overall everything is quite comfortable.

When I entered the apartment, there was a strong foul smell from the bathroom and it was very annoying. And just like what other reviewers said that there is an extra cost for cleaning and for foreigner (they said it's government tax). But it was mentioned only when I was about to check in and not since the first time they reached out to me about the check in procedure. Not only that, I moved to a different apartment with a different provider, but they didnt charge any extra cost at all, no foreigner tax mentioned at all. that made me wondering whether the extra cost was really tax. Other than the bad strong smell and the extra hidden cost, it was okay. though I would not go back there if I visit KL again.

😡😡the worst accommodation service in KL and be careful of being charged an additional fee of up to rm 100, (Rp. 370,000.) additional to the price of the hotel we bought, if not paid then we will continue to be terrorized until we are knocked on the room. Be careful, it's better not to choose this place for a vacation or business. 😡☠️😡😡

from the beginning of booking, immediately via WA with the tenant, instructions for the check-in process.. the tenant is friendly, answers WA well and relatively quickly, provides cooking utensils and even a rice cooker upon request.. there is a washing machine, so you can wash every night after returning from activities, no need to bring a lot of clothes. there is a tourist tax and cleaning fee,
