Kenny (staff) is very nice, he would give travelers tips about where to go for food and money exchange.
The place itself is very spacious and clean, it has a washing and a drying machine, so you don’t have to go out and do your laundry.
The location is one of the best in the city, because it’s located in the heart of downtown, within 10 mins of walking distance from the KLCC Twin Towers, so you can reach big malls like Pavilion and Suria KLCC on foot. It’s also convenient to call grab from this location.
We traveled as a family of three, so I recommend this place for all family groups

The suite is good value for money as the rooms are big with all cooking and laundry facilities available in the house. The location was near the city centre and they also allow free parking. The only thing to complain is they do not have an actual service desk and it is sometimes difficult to find a staff to help.

I think the rooms are good, all facilities are workable . The owner was nice. the location was very good at the centre of KUL. However, sorry to say that there were 3 cockroaches were caught at night. Please deeply clean the room all over again ><
