唯一缺點是浴室內沒有吹風機插座。

This hotel is located in mid valley n there is a very big shopping arcade under the hotel. Lots of shopping n big super market. Hotel housekeeping staff very good service. However one reception lady s service is not so friendly. Always no smile. All male staff in reception are cheerful.

This Hotel is excellent. I will stay the hotel again next time.

My second time to stay in this hotel ( first time was 1 year ago as my Malaysian fd lives in mid valley, that time was amazing that's why I booked the same hotel in this trip but a little upset when you find something changed in terms of service). First of all, no bottled water or hot pot provided in the room, you have to serve yourself and to walk to the lift lobby to get a filtered water machine. I know its a matter of environment protection policy but still not convenient especially you want some warm water in the mid night time (and your room got some distance to the lobby) Also wifi did not work well, the password always wrong that you have to ask the front desk to provide new password time by time. Other than that, the location of this hotel is great as it is connected to a mega mall that you can have a pleasant shopping experience. Money exchange rate is very good, it's about 9-10% more when compare with the rate you have in the airport. (p.s. traffic jam sometimes happened in mid valley, parking space is not easy here)

酒店与购物商场共用停车场，无论是酒店位置和停车场都没有明确的指示，花了45分钟才找到酒店接待处。CP值较低，以这样的价钱其实可以住更好的酒店了。

Staff are helpful and friendly. Room and bed are clean.

樓下就是谷中城商場，吃東西逛街很方便！

房間打掃不夠乾淨，浴室會淹水，國際插座全房只有一個很不方便，隔音也不太好

飯店位置很好，跟shopping mall連在一起，吃飯買東西都很方便。對於出差的我，離幾位客戶都只需要20分鍾的車程.

clean and tidy room

Bathroom shower water pressure was very, very low - signs that checks were not thorough/ shoddy. Breakfast crowd was bad - though a couple of service staff tried their best, the cafe was clearly short-staffed. Breakfast food choices were limited, minimal-effort food, food ran out and stayed run out etc. - I have stayed at this hotel over 10 years, and I can see that standards of food and food servings have deteriorated.

The hotel management is slacking in their maintenance. The air from the air condition vent smelled like sewer. When we complained, our room was changed the next day. However we had experienced the same issue. It was definitely coming vent system. However, the housekeepers were excellent. The cleaned the room to perfection and were courteous. During check in, a front office staff was free but did not attend to us and had us waiting for 15 minutes. A malay lady in particular who was free and did not even acknowledge nor indicate that someone would attend to us shortly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed here 8 years ago and the service was night and day to what I had experienced recently. The hotel management had changed since my first visit, hence the decline in service and quality.

Business lounge doesn’t serve breakfast, not open when I went at 9am.

Room is spacious and clean.

I was in a in a premium room for one night. The room is average, rather small but the bathroom was dirty, rust around the rims on the floor and mild dew on the floor and wall. Worst of all the drain was clogged and started to overflow and leak out of the shower area and onto the rest of the bathroom and I was standing on water. Ias moved to another room the next day, an upgrade without additional charge. Room cleaning service is sub par.

Really nice large rooms with high ceilings making the room feel larger. Air conditioning was cold which was great for the KL heat! Very convenient location with close indoor walkway to Midvalley Shopping Mall. Definitely will stay again in future.

Fast check in, connected to mall for shopping and meals. Easy to get grab to go elsewhere. Feel safe at this hotel.
