Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Facility Notice
Gym, Swimming Pool closed temporarily from 7-8-2025 to 30-9-2025.
Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
From September 1, 2017 all foreign guests may be levied a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 per room/per night.
Maximum 2 children under 11 years old stay for free if using existing bed (breakfast not included).
Restaurant - Garden Terrace offer choice of local flavours and international dishes. Operation hour from 6:30am till 11:00pm.
Recreation Facilities - Gymnasium and Outdoor Swimming Pool. Operation hour from 7:00am till 8:00pm.
Other Terms & Conditions:-
1. Validity: Immediate Effect till Government Announcement. Minimum stay subjects to Local Government’s SOP.
2. For fully vaccinated, guests are required to quarantine 8D7N while non-fully vaccinated will require 11D10N quarantine.
3. All guests will check-in / out at the designated check-in & check-out areas. (Different from normal check-in counter).
4. The usual hotel Housekeeping will not be allowed during this period of stay. The hotel is act as quarantine centre during this quarantine period.
5. Meals arrangement including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be arranged according to the time frame fixed by MOH and will deliver to the outside of the guestrooms.
6. Announcement will be make about all information including do and don’t on the daily basis. All guests are required to follow accordingly.
7. Should there is additional needs of amenities or different food dietary, guests are required to inform the hotel team and Strictly subjects to delivery time and other rules which are fixed by authorities.
8. Swap tests schedule are to be advised and costs will be borne by guests.
9. Check-Out Time will be after 12pm and is strictly decided by Ministry of Health. Request for Early Check-Out is strictly not allowed except for emergency cases.
10. IN THE EVENT OF EXTENSION STAY DUE TO COVID TEST RESULT OR REQUIRED BY MINISTRY OF HEALTH, THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR BALANCE OF THE EXTENSION STAYS.
Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang is selected by government to provide the Quarantine Service and Premium Quarantine Package and pleased to inform the SOP of Safety and Hygiene procedures are set and approved by NADMA and MOH. The Swap Test schedule for PUS will be advised in advance.
