I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. Hotel staff suspected a leak from the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room. However, on the second night, we found that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. Maintenance checked it and found that the air conditioning unit was too dirty and needed cleaning. After about 30 minutes of repairs, it was functioning again, but by then it was already 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, that night the air conditioning fluctuated between freezing cold and warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Since we had already changed rooms once, I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching again. On the third night, the air conditioning showed problems once more, but fortunately, turning it off and then back on resolved the issue. Aside from the problems with the room facilities, the hotel's other amenities and food quality were satisfactory. However, the service in the breakfast restaurant on the second floor was lacking; many of the waitstaff appeared unenthusiastic and served guests with little to no smile.

This is one of my best hotel experiences and much appreciated of the hotel staff for their friendliness and hospitality. The gym and pool are always at best conditions

Staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel is good sightseeing.

房間大又新，住起來很舒服。唯獨早餐是半自助式的，而服務餐廳的服務生稍嫌不足，碗盤來不及收，所以只能草草結束早餐。

there was a spacious room with all the neccssities I need inside, I was impressed by their perfect butler service

We had the best experience at the St. Regis. All staff were very professional and kind. They made sure out stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very child friendly.

Fantastic stay at the St Regis. All the staff are amazing along with the facilities. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Easy to get to from NU Sentral. Would definitely return. Thank you St Regis for such a wonderful stay.

Wow! Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities. Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests. From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable. Will definitely visit again.
