Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities.
Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests.
From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable.

I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. Hotel staff suspected a leak from the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room. However, on the second night, we found that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. Maintenance checked it and found that the air conditioning unit was too dirty and needed cleaning. After about 30 minutes of repairs, it was functioning again, but by then it was already 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, that night the air conditioning fluctuated between freezing cold and warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Since we had already changed rooms once, I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching again. On the third night, the air conditioning showed problems once more, but fortunately, turning it off and then back on resolved the issue. Aside from the problems with the room facilities, the hotel's other amenities and food quality were satisfactory. However, the service in the breakfast restaurant on the second floor was lacking; many of the waitstaff appeared unenthusiastic and served guests with little to no smile.

Our family with two kids had a staycation here during a public holiday. To our surprise, husband and I agreed that the beds were not comfortable at all for such a luxurious and reputable hotel. Breakfast buffet choices were good but husband did get rice that was hard and “sand like”. Kids club costed us rm160 and one parent needed to be present. Even club med and hard rock is free and had minders to help the parents for a couple of hours. It was still clean, good and had short art activities for the kids. To our disappointment , dont think we will stay again unless we do not have a choice

The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK
1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying
2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all
Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. The services could be a bit more considerate but I enjoyed that, if there are improvements, think below are some ideas.
1). Shuttle Services: Think butler can book in advance to estimate to guest number needed for the services, easier to manage
2). Whatsapp services: That is what HK St. Regis offer, everything simply with texts, easy and carefree!

Wow!
Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities.
Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests.
From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable.
Will definitely visit again.

I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. Hotel staff suspected a leak from the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room. However, on the second night, we found that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. Maintenance checked it and found that the air conditioning unit was too dirty and needed cleaning. After about 30 minutes of repairs, it was functioning again, but by then it was already 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, that night the air conditioning fluctuated between freezing cold and warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Since we had already changed rooms once, I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching again. On the third night, the air conditioning showed problems once more, but fortunately, turning it off and then back on resolved the issue. Aside from the problems with the room facilities, the hotel's other amenities and food quality were satisfactory. However, the service in the breakfast restaurant on the second floor was lacking; many of the waitstaff appeared unenthusiastic and served guests with little to no smile.

Our family with two kids had a staycation here during a public holiday. To our surprise, husband and I agreed that the beds were not comfortable at all for such a luxurious and reputable hotel. Breakfast buffet choices were good but husband did get rice that was hard and “sand like”. Kids club costed us rm160 and one parent needed to be present. Even club med and hard rock is free and had minders to help the parents for a couple of hours. It was still clean, good and had short art activities for the kids. To our disappointment , dont think we will stay again unless we do not have a choice

The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK
1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying
2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all
Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. The services could be a bit more considerate but I enjoyed that, if there are improvements, think below are some ideas.
1). Shuttle Services: Think butler can book in advance to estimate to guest number needed for the services, easier to manage
2). Whatsapp services: That is what HK St. Regis offer, everything simply with texts, easy and carefree!

For a 5-6 star hotel, guests should have access to the sauna and steam facilities without having to pay for it. This is what we normally look forward to during our stay.
