Beautiful resort in its own private beach. We were upgraded to a suite with a Seaview from the little balcony. It was very quiet due to a lot of cancellations due to flight problems, our suite was beautiful. Twin double beds and huge bathroom. Food was excellent as was the attentive friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay wonderful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is heavenly. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very new and nicer than most if not all of the other resorts in Langkawi. Everything from the lobby to the rooms and the restaurants are nice.
Staffs are very professional and friendly. They literally refilled everything and tidy up my room almost every time I leave my room.
The only downsides being
1.) there are only 3 restaurants (2 restaurants + 1 cafe) in the resort and I personally think Kayu Puti is VERY nice but the other 2 are just average. They say there are some nice ones at Westin (same group and walking distance), I may give a try next time.
2.) The shower area is not very well water-proofed and everytime I take a shower the whole bathroom's floor gets wet. This bothered me a bit but again as I've said, the cleaning staffs tidy up the room very often so they mop the wet floor whenever I was not in.
Overall a very good experience and I really want to do my next holiday with the resort again.

During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. All that service make my stay in this hotel a nightmare and just broke my resting and holiday mood. Been to many St. Regis in the World, this one in LangKawi is the worst, not 1 star deserve, but the price surely is 5 stars. I should request refund for all the patience I had to do and complaint to the from desk manager. The pool bar staff is careless, the cocktail is horrible, beers is nice hehe. The Hotel hardware is nice but the software, means personnel attention from the staff need to fire some of them and retrain again, the others. I would never but never introduce this Hotel to any of my friends or colleagues and, who read this, be prepare for your surprises during your stay.

入住泳池套房，房內的泳池很大，房間超靚。酒店內的沙灘較細，而且下午4點後海灘退潮，所以不是很漂亮。不過沙灘上有超靚的亭，拍照很漂亮。

Great property. Beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing. Kayuputi restaurant was fine. Our only complaint is that the room temperature always defaults to 24 C after an hour or so no matter how many times you change it. Some of the nights we woke up sweaty since it got hot underneath the comforter. Overall stay was great. Strongly recommend!!!

We stayed in an over water villa and the room was amazing. View from the room was spectacular and the room was open airy and spacious. Only drawback would be there is not enough shaded areas to get away from the sun. But that really is minor. Wilfred and Shabir were amazing as they we were so personal and warm and made us feel welcomed. Really made an immediate impression on us. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic 5 night stay at The St Regis Langkawi! From pre-arrival contact with their butler service to departure drop off with one of their drivers at the airport our stay was wonderful, free from worry and truly relaxing.
Having the butler service contact via WhatsApp was extremely helpful for assistance booking dinner reservations, spa treatments, transportation etc. Every member of staff that I encountered was so kind and friendly and seemed to love their jobs and cared about creating special memories for the guests. The staff go out of their way to talk to you to ensure your stay is exceptional and to get genuine feedback from you too.
The breakfast offering is probably one of the best I’ve ever had, large variety of options and everything is super fresh. During our stay we dined at all of their restaurants and although Kayaputi was a special culinary highlight it was wonderful to dine under the stars at the Pantai Grill, amazing meats and fish cooked over charcoal. The service and care at L’Orangerie must be noted and again great food and optionality.
I had two treatments at the spa, super relaxing, plenty of treatment options but it would have been great if there were steam and sauna facilities too.
Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to visit again soon.

The room we had was excellent and spacious. The room was kept clean & check & good amenities. Only down side was the t.v. as was due to be upgraded so we had bad signal. We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements. From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty!
The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful and I loved the gong being rung as I arrived , the delicious drink and sweet .
The entire property was exquisite. Our room was gorgeous, spotless , spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea .
The breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve had .
We really loved the Champagne Saber every evening- such a luxurious and unique touch .we tried all the restaurants and bars and loved them
