This is my 2nd stay with kids here. Staffs all are friendly & keep smiling. Breakfast choices not much but is changing daily the menu while my 4 days stay here.
The only problem facing was we still found mosquito inside the room although the mosquito repellent (electric) is always ON in the room. Overall is good & will come back again. Keep it up, team.

The Villa Langkawi住宿政策及一般資訊
重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:30 - 10:00.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
All room type is STRICTLY for 2 guest ONLY. Additional guest in room is chargeable and will be pay to hotel directly upon check in.
Hotel will collect amount of deposit MYR 100 per room upon check in.
Effective from 1st July 2016, the Kedah State Government imposed a mandatory Tourism Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation (maximum RM9.00 per room per night). This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.
Additional sharing child (age 3-11 years old) in room without extra mattress is chargeable for MYR 23 nett per pax including breakfast.
Please be informed that Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night will be collected from Foreigners with effect of Jan 2020.
Guest are required to provide the document below upon check in with effect of 19 Aug 2021. Guest that failed to submit the document are not allowed to check in. 1) Permit from Police for travel or stay (with valid travel period) 2) Digital certificate of vaccination (14 days after second dose of Pfizer, Sinovac & AstraZeneca or 28 days after first dose of Johnson & Johnson and Cansino)
- Taxes: Warisan Tax RM 3 per room per night will be collected from guest with effect of 01st July 2022. The above tax is not included in the room rate and to be collcted from guest upon check-in.
Extra mattress charge at MYR45 nett per day. To request, kindly contact hotel and pay upon check in. Extra mattress is not available for Standard and Superior Room.

I stayed at The Villa Langkawi for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was spacious, which was nice, but overall my experience was not very satisfying.
There were noises at night that sounded like rats running and scratching on the walls and not soundproof rooms. The corridor outside often had lizard droppings and was slippery because it was near the pool, so staff had to frequently mop the area to keep it safe. Management should also provide floor mats outside rooms facing the pool, so guests can wipe their feet before entering the rooms to avoid wet and slippery floors. The WiFi unfortunately did not work throughout our stay.
During check-out, we had to wait for the staff to check the room before they returned the deposit — this was the first time I experienced this, as other 4-5 star hotels usually don’t require it. Extra mattresses were charged per night, not one-time, and no shower gel was provided (fortunately I brought my own). There was also only one small packet each of coffee, tea, and sugar provided which felt quite stingy for a villa stay.
Reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, I was not satisfied with the villa's management and will not return to stay here.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is also close to the city center. Only 1km-ish and cost RM5 only by Grab car from the villa to Cenang Mall/Beach.

Bersebelahan persis dengan dermaga jadi kalau kalian mau ke Koh Lipe dari Langkawi atau sebaliknya naik ferry, bawa barang banyak dan terutama bawa anak kecil banyak sangat memudahkan untuk kalian kalau mau check in ferry mepet-mepet waktu. Kalian bisa memaksimalkan waktu di hotel ini.

Overall a comfortable stay, clean room and decent meals. Location wise it ' s all pretty close to the tourist destination but not too close to get all the noise polution from it. Downside is that if you're not paying extra, your room would either have no view or just plainly faces a wall that ' s a bit stuffy to deal with.

The place is very clean and new, the staff is friendly and warm, but too bad it is not a quiet place to stay because the Muslim prayers are too loud. The mosque is just beside the hotel.

The hotel is clean and spacious with 2 king beds for a family of 4. We stayed there 3 nights. 15 min drive to airport and less than 5min drive to Pantai Cenang.
