This is a cosy, nice & quiet hotel that’s suitable for all holiday goers especially those who prefer near to Pantai Cenang and walking distance to nice local restaurants. Though not as high class as other reputable hotels in Pantai Cenang, we luv this hotel as its room is clean, comfortable & serves great breakfast. The front office staff & its local Travel agency are very hospitable & friendly. Its also provide quietness compared with other hotels that’s normally very crowded. Thanks Villa Langkawi for making our 3N stay a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Additional guest in room is chargeable and will be pay to hotel directly upon check in. Hotel will collect amount of deposit MYR 100 per room upon check in. Effective from 1st July 2016, the Kedah State Government imposed a mandatory Tourism Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation (maximum RM9.00 per room per night). This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival. Additional sharing child (age 3-11 years old) in room without extra mattress is chargeable for MYR 45 nett per pax including breakfast. I stayed at The Villa Langkawi for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was spacious, which was nice, but overall my experience was not very satisfying. There were noises at night that sounded like rats running and scratching on the walls and not soundproof rooms. The corridor outside often had lizard droppings and was slippery because it was near the pool, so staff had to frequently mop the area to keep it safe. Management should also provide floor mats outside rooms facing the pool, so guests can wipe their feet before entering the rooms to avoid wet and slippery floors. The WiFi unfortunately did not work throughout our stay. During check-out, we had to wait for the staff to check the room before they returned the deposit — this was the first time I experienced this, as other 4-5 star hotels usually don’t require it. Extra mattresses were charged per night, not one-time, and no shower gel was provided (fortunately I brought my own). There was also only one small packet each of coffee, tea, and sugar provided which felt quite stingy for a villa stay. Reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, I was not satisfied with the villa's management and will not return to stay here.

right next to the pier so if you want to go to koh lipe from langkawi or vice versa by ferry, bring a lot of stuff and especially bring a lot of small children, it is very easy for you if you want to check in the ferry at the last minute. you can maximize your time at this hotel.

Overall a comfortable stay, clean room and decent meals. Location wise it ' s all pretty close to the tourist destination but not too close to get all the noise polution from it. Downside is that if you're not paying extra, your room would either have no view or just plainly faces a wall that ' s a bit stuffy to deal with.
