The staffs are friendly but the cleanliness of the room made me turned off about this place. The bathtub is not clean enough as we need to use that to bath.

Dari awal nak booking dah complicated. Dari booking.com ke staf ke trevaloka. Dah booking sampai bilik tengok bukan bilik yg kami nak. Dapat tukar bilik tapi bathtub n jacuzzi tak boleh guna. Jacuzzi rosak ok lagi, bathtub pun air keluar balik kt lubang bawah singki. Penuh buih keluar dari lubang tu. Belakang pintu toilet , bucu dinding penuh habuk + tahi cicak etc. Seems like cleaner tak sapu Dan buang tapi kumpulkan kt bucu tu. Kt tempat buka air bathtub penuh semut. Hmm entah lah orang nak feeling honeymoon terus takde mood takde selera. Sorry terpaksa jujur. Mujur bayar by aps murah sikit Dari direct resort. But still my rm200++ tak baloi dgn pengalaman yg menggelikan ni.

The room was spacious and clean. The room was not bright enough as the light was too dim. TV was still analogue and had limited channels. A pity that the jacuzzi in the bathtub was no longer working.

I love the small concept of resort where it's just a walking distance from room to pool and to cafe. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and no mosquito.

Bed is dusty and there are little ants around it. Overall was a bad experience.

Place was okay but pretty pure hygiene wise. Room was dusty, there was some pile of dust on the bed when we arrived so we had to do some cleaning and those of you who are allergic to dust will definitely get all sneezy once you entered the room. Other part would be breakfast buffet, none of the cutleries were cleaned properly so many of us had to go to toilet to wash it ourselves before using. Food did not taste good excepr for nasi dagang bungkus from some shop.

Breakfast is terrible. Pukul 9 makanan banyak dah habis tapi xrefill. Kata sampai pukul 10.30? Limited choice, tambah-tambah plak limited quantity. Tak ada standard. RM400 bayar satu malam. Teruk sangat. Bilik lighting sangat teruk. Malap! Macam dduk dalam spa. Bayangkanlah. Bedsheet ada tahi cicak.

From my experience staying here, I really enjoy with the accommodations offered, plus, the room can be said comfortable to be stayed and chilled with family. the environment is good and can be a place to release stress. however, I would like to give comment on the wifi connection which we can't get accessed from our room. it might be difficult for us since the wifi couldn't be reached and didn't connect and I hope that it can be improved later.

It was excellent. Meet the expectation. Room and facilities was great. Family friendly. Easy access to the resort and elsewhere. Cozy ambient. Good food. Swimming pool need cleaning tho. Overall it was great. Highly recommended.

Bilik habuk, tiada tirai atau kain langsir, tiada privacy, orang luar boleh nampak di dalam, air perlahan, siaran TV tidak jelas, air tidak mencukupi, tiada papan sterika, aircond tidak servis.

Great place for vacation with family.

Komen bagus: layanan baik, makanan yang baik di restoran, kebersihan bilik memuaskan komen tidak bagus: banyak semut dalam bilik (hurungi makanan), air menitik dilantai dari aircond, dan kedudukan jacuzzi tub agak dalam ke bawah. Sukar kami yang berusia (60 an) nak masuk dan keluar.

Kawasan resort yang menarik, Landskap cantik, Kolam cantik & bersih tetapi agak kecil sikit.. Ruang bilik tidur dan bilik air agak selesa dan menarik.. Layanan staff terbaik.. cuma sedikit rasa terkilan, pihak resort tidak menyediakan tempat untuk BBQ

Good location and in front hotel is a beach. Hotel is clean and looked comfort. The hotel room need to maintain well especially the bath tub. Spoil Jacuzzi bath tub. Sad.Can find cafes around in walking distance. Have quite a lot of mosquito there. Breakfast buffet is simple and nice but the coffee is weird taste. Hope can improve on this.
