As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Passport . The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Accommodation charges MYR 40.00/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 08:30 - 11:00.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

HOUSE RULES ➢ Please DO CONSERVE ENERGY and HELP US SAVE MOTHER EARTH by turning off the electricity when you are out.

➢ This is a NON-SMOKING suite. Strictly NO SMOKING in the unit. (FINE RM 500)

➢ Organic food or WET rubbish should be disposed in an undamaged bag properly tied.

➢ If caught dirtying common area, smoking, loud noise or any event that cause inconvenient the property, penalty will be applied up to RM1000 and instantly remove you from the building.

➢ Being a shared community residency, please do be mindful of our neighbours’ wellbeing. No loud music or partying (NO LOUD VOLUME AFTER 12AM ).

➢ PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT AND PROPERTY AS YOUR OWN.

(EARLY CHECK-IN charges) Before 10am Full day rate 10am - 12pm : RM120 12pm - 02pm : RM80

(LATE CHECK-OUT charges) 12pm - 03pm : RM80 03pm - 05pm : RM120 After 5pm we charge full day rate

The room itself was relatively decent and clean, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was quite disappointing. Due to a booking error on my part, I mistakenly reserved two rooms instead of one. While I understand that the hotel may not be obligated to offer a refund or partial cancellation, I reached out proactively to ask for support in resolving the issue. I explained that the duplicate booking represented a significant financial burden for me. However, the hotel staff simply dismissed my request without any genuine effort to assist or provide alternative solutions. In fact, after a brief response of “not possible,” they stopped replying altogether — even when I followed up multiple times. This kind of indifference made me feel like my concerns were seen as a nuisance rather than a guest in need of help. Additionally, I messaged the hotel to ask whether they had a wine opener and if extra towels could be provided. The response I received was simply: “We don’t have a wine opener.” No mention of the towels, no further assistance — just a blunt answer and nothing more. While I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, the lack of effort, empathy, and basic communication was very disappointing. Hospitality is not just about rooms — it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this experience left me feeling unwelcome.

Apartment terletak di seberang The Gardens/Megamall Midvalley. Mal bisa diakses lewat jembatan penyeberangan yang juga terkoneksi dengan KTM/LRT station Abdullah Hukum. The response I received was simply: “We don’t have a wine opener.” No mention of the towels, no further assistance — just a blunt answer and nothing more. While I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, the lack of effort, empathy, and basic communication was very disappointing. Hospitality is not just about rooms — it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this experience left me feeling unwelcome.

Apartment terletak di seberang The Gardens/Megamall Midvalley. Mal bisa diakses lewat jembatan penyeberangan yang juga terkoneksi dengan KTM/LRT station Abdullah Hukum. Kamar bersih, ada dapur, dengan 2 kamar dan 1 kamar mandi. Ada mesin cuci, microwave, kompor induksi. Kamar mandi cukup bersih, tetapi pengelola sebaiknya memperhatikan saringan air di lantai kamar mandi dan di wastafel karena agak tersumbat. Lainnya sudah baik. Terima kasih
