My experience was very bad, first it is written in the description of the villa that it has a private swimming pool and in fact is a shared pool between five villas, secondly the villa is not clean at all and airconditions leakage over the bed, ants and insects are everywhere in the villa, the location of the villa Very far from all the vital areas and cars and taxis refrain from entering the villa site, this was the worst experience of my life

The hike down from car park to villa is doable but one needs to be rather fit to conquer the steps down and up. The cozy place makes up for the daily task. Be forewarned, there are monkeys around, so if you are eating at the balcony, please be on the alert.

We were allocated at the lowest unit, which the view is terrific! Facing the sea and Resort World Hotel through the balcony and window of Master Bedroom. The villa is big, 3 rooms are spacious, especially the Master Bedroom. Though, it is not suitable to the elderly n young chidren n those with huge n heavy luggage. Unless u stay at the highest floor which I think the view is not that nice, u will need to climb down n up the stairs of about 100 steps. And do remember to prepare umbrella to avoid trap in the villa on rainy day. Can bring a torch light to guide u thru the steps in the dark. Housekeeping will need to be done prior to guest arrival especially the floor n fans. We have good experience overall.
