我在吉隆坡度假，入住的是Vortex Suites KLCC By BlackNest酒店。員工非常友善。即使退房兩天后，我妹妹把衣服落在了酒店，員工也立即把衣服送到了我們後來住的地方。明年我還會再來！謝謝Vortex！非常滿意這次入住體驗💯🔥

房間不錯，位置也靠近陽光廣場（Suria KLCC），步行只需15分鐘。

Secara keseluruhan sangat baik, cocok buat rombongan keluarga dan dekat sama Twins tower, cuma pas check in agak lama menunggu staff nya datang kita udah capek pgen cepat2 istirahat.

Sejak sebelum check in, staff sudah menghubungi dan memberikan arahan untuk check in. Tower apartemen cukup sibuk dan banyak tamu, jadi pastikan untuk terus terhubung dengan staff lewat whatsapp. View dari unit ini sangat fantastis. dari jendela bisa lihat sky scrapers, dan puncak petronas. jalan kaki ke petronas, stasiun LRT bukit nanas 5-10 menit. minimarket dan cafe ada di dasar tower. Check out jam 12 dan staff bisa membantu jika perlu menyimpan bagasi sebentar. Kulkas, setrika, hair dryer, peralatan makan minum dan masak juga tersedia. Untuk tamu indonesia disarankan bawa universal adaptor karena stop kontak nya kaki 3. Saran: akan lebih mengesankan jika tersedia complementary water pada saat check in. Terimakasih staff Black Nest. kalau berkunjung ke KL lagi pasti saya akan reservasi lagi. Very recommended!!

I stayed at this apartment for a day and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating—I arrived an hour before the official check-in time (which was 3 PM), and they kindly let me into the room early while promptly starting the cleaning process. The room was clean and offered an amazing view, which was definitely a highlight. However, there were a few minor issues. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a bath, which was a bit inconvenient. The AC wasn’t very cold, but still manageable. Also, one of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC, only a fan—so while it wasn’t hot, it didn’t feel quite as comfortable. The pillow was slightly uncomfortable for me, and the bath towel wasn’t very absorbent, which could be improved. Overall, it was a decent stay with helpful staff and a great view. With a few small upgrades, it could be even better.

The room was very spacious. We can cook and wash, feeling just like home, The view was very spectacular. We got KL Tower. Thank you BlackNest

Great place. Great location. Only minutes walk to Twin Tower and KL Tower. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Thank you for the help in our late check-in. Will stay here again in the future.

Stayed at Vortex Suites KLCC by Blacknest for 6 days and had a great time! The place was clean, cozy, and super affordable for what it offers. Water pressure was strong, the rooms were comfy, and the apartment had everything we needed. It has 3 bedrooms in one spacious unit, which worked really well for our group. The view was pretty nice too! We didn't have to wait long for the elevator, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Twin Towers. Overall, really happy with the stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!
