Trevlig personal som hjälpte till vid behov. Bra frukost och fina faciliteter med takpool samt bastu, isrum och träningslokal. Även inomhuspool. Många olika massage och behandlingar att välja mellan.

We had a lovely stay in an eighth floor room w club access. Staff are helpful and courteous. Free car parking in the underground car park they validate your ticket. Good breakfast and free drinks at club lounge n snacks in the evening. The only shame is the shower which sometimes slows to a dribble. Otherwise no complains.

The hotel was beyond my expectation and the service and help was excellent. Victor and Haque were very helpful in guiding us in and around the city and I am also very thankful to Valentina for organising our trip to Gozo. Definitely recommend Mario as he understands your likes and dislikes before you get to Gozo and caters the tour according to you. The private Gozo tour by Mario was the highlight of our trip to Malta.

Staff were great . Special mention to Anna who was very courteous and helpful with recommendations and local knowledge of the island.
However the room was slightly disappointing. Didn't like the fact that we were on street level and passers-by could literally see in. No Privacy. Secondly very little storage space for clothes only one drawer and a few hangers. I did speak to the front desk but was told nothing could be done.
Room was very clean and housekeeping was also very good.
Finally a big thank you for organising a treat for my partners birthday on our arrival.

Wir hatten einen rundum grossartigen Aufenthalt im Hyatt Regency Malta. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service war hervorragend, das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich, und auch die Poolbereiche boten eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

チェックアウトをし、フロントで空港行きのタクシーを呼んでもらいました。
その時にスタッフのDIEGOさんがちゃんと乗るまで手伝ってくれました。本当にありがとうございます。
ホテルで呼んでくれたタクシーは運転手がキャンセルしてしまい来なかったのですが、DIEGOさんがすぐ代わりのタクシーを呼んでくれて重い荷物も運んでくれました。

I have a gluten and meat free diet and I felt they were very accommodating. There were fresh options for breakfast eg fruit and veg available but many cold with the exception of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and bread.
I did appreciate the restaurant making fish without batter for me on my last evening. Thanks to the manager for that. Roof top pool area beautiful.

Got talked into joining the regency club which then didn’t offer a variety of vegetarian food options. Lots of business conferences which we had to walk through and felt very uncomfortable. Room was nice but lacked cupboard space. Staff were very helpful as everyday the key would not work for the room. A complimentary lunch was offered.
