Very nice, very clean and so big of the room. Amazing holiday where stayed in the Westin.

一到酒店就不舒服，行李先叫我们自己停车到停车场再回来办理入住。办理时间很慢，给我们1305房间，一进门就闻到很难闻的霉味，开了空调和风扇，一个小时后才发现空调不工作，打电话给前台投诉，他们过了一个小时才派人过来看，最后又通知工程部派人检修，最后没办法才同意帮我们换房，在这个过程中没有任何领导到场协调。我们浪费半天时间，而且房间设施质量很差，卫生也不好，化妆镜上的灰尘好像几年都没有清理过。

The most amazing hotel we have both stayed in. The views and location are incredible.. the ocean view rooms are stunning, spacious with large balconies. The food was amazing.. even the buffet was great. We ate at each restaurant once and loved every one. The staff are absolutely outstanding. The most respectful, helpful and friendly people.. nothing was too much effort for them. We had the privilege of dining at ocean vista one evening where we got engaged… the sommelier allowed my fiancé to open the champagne with a sabre and gave us the cork as a memento. The only slight negative we have… when we checked in they noticed it was my birthday while we were there and said they would decorate the room and asked what flavour cake we wanted… unfortunately neither of these things happened which we were disappointed with. Overall an incredible stay and we will 100% be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience celebrating her birthday. I would like to give a special mention to Shivani who was very warm and welcoming character. Additionally I would like to give a special mention to Vivek. I think he needs to be fast tracked to management and is an invaluable member of your team. Overall the experience in Mauritius & the Westin hotel was amazing and I look forward to returning

Most amazing experience. A fantastic stay made even more special due to due diligence of staff- all staff, who went beyond our expectations. Joanna from reception is impeccable in customer service and was responsible for creating an experience beyond our dreams. Kamini was amazing, trustworthy and great customer service. Keshav was great too. It’s the staff that make the hotel what it is an example of putting the customer first. Thank you.

Room cleaning was terrible. Nothing was actually cleaned—just the bed linen was put back in place.

Wonderful beachfront resort with excellent staff and amenities. We just returned from a 4 day stay and the only downside was that the trip was not longer. Large spacious rooms, lovely well kept grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and food and daily activity programs. Highly recommend this beautiful, well run resort.

Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen und sehr gute Cocktails! Mehrere Strandabschnitte zur Auswahl, Badeschuhe auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

In short, The Westin Turtle Bay offers everything one could wish for in a luxury holiday: top-level service, beautiful surroundings, and a sense of calm and care that defines true hospitality. Absolutely loved our time in Mauritius, and particularly our time at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort. The resort itself is absolutely amazing, spacious and boasts most amenities one may require, including a full gym and spa, two beautiful massive pools (one for families, other for adults only), five different restaurants with a great variety of foods, extensive coastline (be mindful of sea urchins - although the sea life among the corals once inside the sea is breath taking!) and a boat house offering most water sports, including diving! Only thing missing was a small shopping centre nearby as getting any shopping involves a spot of travel. Additionally, the staff made our stay the most memorable holiday we have had to date. The food and beverage crew, from management through their amazing chefs including Rudy and Akash, to the waiting staff, particularly Seam, Roshan and Raja ensure each and every request we had was accommodated promptly, and in superb fashion. The pool side team, lead by Jerome and Steeven, including Noah, Nass and Dylan made sure we had absolutely the most incredible holiday! We cannot wait to be back there, and we've only just got home 💜~💜~

I recently visited and had a generally pleasant stay. The green space around the property was beautiful, creating a sense of tranquility that was perfect for unwinding. The pool was a standout feature — great for relaxation and very well-maintained. Cleanliness throughout the facility was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt at ease and truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. However, the experience wasn’t entirely perfect. The food options and quality were very disappointing, and the layout of the food stations was disorganized and chaotic, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem particularly eager to help, which was a bit of a letdown. While the setting was wonderful, there are areas that need improvement, particularly when it comes to food and customer service. If you’re a frequent traveler to the Gulf States, you might find this experience underwhelming.
