Wonderful beachfront resort with excellent staff and amenities. We just returned from a 4 day stay and the only downside was that the trip was not longer. Large spacious rooms, lovely well kept grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and food and daily activity programs. Highly recommend this beautiful, well run resort.

From the moment of arrival, the hotel offers a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process is handled with great professionalism and courtesy. Guests are thoroughly informed about the hotel layout, available activities, and dining options, which contributes positively to the overall first impression.
Throughout our stay, we have been consistently impressed by the high standards maintained across all areas of the resort. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and well cared for.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly designed — a perfect combination of comfort and style. The overall setting of the resort, with its peaceful location and beautiful views, creates a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The dining experience has also been excellent. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food have exceeded our expectations, and each meal has been a pleasure.
In short, The Westin Turtle Bay offers everything one could wish for in a luxury holiday: top-level service, beautiful surroundings, and a sense of calm and care that defines true hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely loved our time in Mauritius, and particularly our time at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort. The resort itself is absolutely amazing, spacious and boasts most amenities one may require, including a full gym and spa, two beautiful massive pools (one for families, other for adults only), five different restaurants with a great variety of foods, extensive coastline (be mindful of sea urchins - although the sea life among the corals once inside the sea is breath taking!) and a boat house offering most water sports, including diving!
Only thing missing was a small shopping centre nearby as getting any shopping involves a spot of travel.
Additionally, the staff made our stay the most memorable holiday we have had to date. The food and beverage crew, from management through their amazing chefs including Rudy and Akash, to the waiting staff, particularly Seam, Roshan and Raja ensure each and every request we had was accommodated promptly, and in superb fashion.
The pool side team, lead by Jerome and Steeven, including Noah, Nass and Dylan made sure we had absolutely the most incredible holiday!
We cannot wait to be back there, and we've only just got home 💜~💜~

I recently visited and had a generally pleasant stay. The green space around the property was beautiful, creating a sense of tranquility that was perfect for unwinding. The pool was a standout feature — great for relaxation and very well-maintained.
Cleanliness throughout the facility was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt at ease and truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.
However, the experience wasn’t entirely perfect. The food options and quality were very disappointing, and the layout of the food stations was disorganized and chaotic, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem particularly eager to help, which was a bit of a letdown.
While the setting was wonderful, there are areas that need improvement, particularly when it comes to food and customer service. If you’re a frequent traveler to the Gulf States, you might find this experience underwhelming.

Fantastisk værelse og super dejlige omgivelser. Dejlige poolområder med gode liggestole. Stranden kan dog ikke helt måle sig med andre steder på øen. Gratis snorkeltur og andre vand aktiviteter. Morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Imødekommende personale og overordnet set god service og rengøring, men ikke helt på 5-stjernet niveau. Dejligt med flasker med drikkevand på værelset. God ide med strandkurv til håndklæder m.m. Vi var lidt skuffede over at den udvendige trappeopgang ikke blev bedre renholdt. Glasskår blev f.eks. først fjernet efter at have gjort opmærksom på det et par gange og der blev ikke fejet duelort og skidt væk fra trappen i de 5 dage vi var der.
Beliggenheden er lidt afsides og taxapriserne er helt ublu. Vi måtte for en 12 km tur betale det samme, som vi dagen før havde betalt for forudbestilt tur på 48 km.

We were very impressed with the hospitality and kindness from all of the staff, all the food options were great at all restaurants, with something for everyone, including the buffet, the all inclusive package included well made cocktails and non alcoholic options, lots of activities available. Very relaxing stay, We can’t wait to come back!

Where do i start. They took me around in golf carts so i dont have to walk in the sun and heat, they had the best staff team ive met in all my life, the food was amazing not a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean, cool and there was lots of things to do. I was helped mostly by Yash, Rajvir, Sarvesh, Atish, Ben, avi and the house keeping lady.
The hotel had a games room and snooker room that i used every night, entertainment every night at the retreat, bar open all day and night and coconut stall. The spa and massage was amazing, quite expensive but was amazing. I did not walk past a single staff member without them greeting me in such a kind way and bowing their heads. I truly felt like i owned the place. The two pools were the perfect temperature at all times and were very clean.
Some of the people that stayed at the hotel were very rude to the staff members and i really feel bad they received this treatment.
Overall, the hotel was the best hotel ive stayed at with the most friendliest staff ever. The hospitality is unmatched. You will not regret a single thing about booking this hotel.

I loved the way the hotel is spread out & styled, gives it very resort, village vibes rather than a typical hotel. Beach - not the biggest fan, as there isn’t a proper one, mostly rocky & inaccessible in some areas (saw the hotels on Troux Aux Beach with plenty of sandy beach leading to the ocean with no rocks.
Service was inconsistent, slow (atleast 6-7 times they completely forgot or never brought our drink orders, especially in Pool, Retreat Bar & Beach Grill Restaurant). Most staff were nice. You can clearly tell the staff tend to focus on guests from certain part of the world..just an observation.
Our confirmation had “Ocean King Junior Suite” sold to us. We barely had ocean view, as we were on ground floor facing mainly the lawns & tree views. So need to double check on this.
All in all - OK & nice, but not returning to this hotel. Mauritius - Yes, but perhaps try another five star hotel , that delivers more in a different location.
