El hotel por las imágenes parece ser un lugar decente, pero las toallas no eran blancas estaban sucias y de color oscuro, en la TV solo canales pervertidos, no parece hotel mas bien es un motel. El agua super fría debías esperar 30 minutos para que salga, fue desagradable la estancia ya que la mayoria que se hospedo fue por un torneo de padel.

Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en hoteles. Pensé que por ser hotel de cadena cumpliría con los estándares mínimos de calidad, pero no es así. Este lugar es un vil motel o peor. Muy sucio, con pelos en las sábanas, sin agua caliente. Con esas toallas que te dan, no secaría ni a mi perro. De verdad lamentable además el servicio y las instalaciones. Y si vas con tus hijos, ni se te ocurra prender la TV porque los primeros 3 canales son de p*rn*grafia sin ningún tipo de control parental! FATAL!!!!!!

Donde se localiza la regadera es necesario que se tengan soportes para tomarse para no sufrir alguna caida dentro del cuarto de la regadera sobre todo las personas de la tercera edad. Desayuno bueno

La peor estadía de mi vida. Canales pornográficos en la televisión. Moscas muertas en mi habitación, la regadera nudista de cristal trasparente. El cuarto lleno de mugre y manchas. Las cortinas rotas y puercas. Sin agua caliente. El personal no tiene ni idea de cómo ayudar. De quedarse en la calle a quedarse en este hotel, sin duda alguna habría preferido quedarme en la calle. Nunca reserven en este hotel.

Room was dirty, blankets and towels smelled bad, restaurant isn't open and only offers breakfast early, mold in shower, gym was dirty and equipment wasn't up to date, staff was nice , the one breakfast I did have was ok not much to chose from

Este hotel es para ir solo o en pareja nada más ya que la pared del baño donde está la regadera es de cristal y además en ls programación de los canales hay pelis nopor, por otro lado yo reservé a través de hoteles.com y al solicitar factura en el hotel no me la quisieron hacer por el total pagado sino por el 70%
