Las puertas se abren con tarjeta la cual se descarga todo el tiempo. Debes acudir a la recepción cada que necesitas entrar a la habitación para que con malos tratos te digan que acudirá alguien a desbloquear la puerta. Todos los días de estancia sucedió lo mismo lo cual resulta muy molesto e incómodo. Si se van a alojar ahí mejor no salgan de la habitación.

The view is amazing, and the price is great. No hot water in the room my elderly parents stayed in and the room I was in had a balcony with broken railing. The remote to the TV didn’t work even after getting a second one. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was not great and very pricey.

Las puertas se abren con tarjeta, cada que sales y quieres abrir tu habitación la puerta está bloqueada o no sirve la tarjeta de tal forma que tienes que acudir hasta la recepción para que te abran, esperar a que acuda el personal de mantenimiento y desbloquee o abra. Es un problema importante. Mejor no salir de la habitación. El personal de recepción con mala actitud. El restaurante malo.
El lugar es bonito y tranquilo con grandes vistas. Pero, el asunto de las puertas es un fastidio. Deben mejorar completamente. La mayoría de los huéspedes tenían el mismo problema. La experiencia se convierte en algo desagradable. La próxima vez seguramente no volveré a ese hotel.
