Muy buena ubicación. Es una habitación sencilla, pequeña, con lo indispensable. En mi reserva decia cama Queen y en realidad es matrimonial. Te incluye desayuno pero el espacio es muy pequeño y siempre esta lleno y tienes que esperar por una mesa. En general no tiene grandes lujos, buena ubicación y habitación sencilla.

Fue una estancia práctica, con buenos servicios y personal amable, buen internet. Ya había estado antes en la propiedad, tuve mala suerte me tocó una habitación donde la pared estaba con una curva sobre la tasa del baño, mido 1.70 cm y mi familiar 1.68 cm y había que sentarse de lado jeje para mí fue chistoso, para mi familiar no, por lo que pedimos cambio de habitación pero el hotel estaba lleno así que no nos pudieron cambiar de habitación, Pero en general una estancia práctica acorde con lo que se pagó,

When ever in Mexico City, I've Always stayed here due to the cleanliness, location. My experience this time No hot water and they had tried fixing with no success. The breakfast: they need more experience in making scramble eggs for a buffet set-up. Over all review for the hotel is good but not the quality of hot water and food.

Al hacer check in ya con mi reservación pagada al 100% me dijeron qoe no habían recibido el pago de la agencia, me pidieron que volviera a pagar una noche mientras se resolvía el tema, al final de la estancia me hicieron un reembolso , pero todos los días desactivaban la llave del cuarto, eso fue molesto para mí , yo había pagado 2 semanas antes de mi llegada , el íntimo día me tuve que bañar pegado a la pared , salía un chorrito de agua sin presión , pésimo !

El desayuno bien. Deberían poner letrero más visible de dónde dejar los platos que se usan en el bufet, nosotros los habíamos dejado sobre la mesa y la señorita encargada nos regreso gritandonos que debíamos recoger. Con gusto lo hicimos, solo la pena con el resto de comensales que nos quedaron viendo por como nos trató.

Personalmente creo que el lugar tiene muy buena localización, el lugar es limpio, tiene buena atención y buen precio. Tomaron algunas de mis pertenencias,no las reclame porque en realidad ya no cabian en mi maleta y no eran cosas de valor,pero fuera de eso todo bien.
