La propiedad olía a guardado, las cazuelas estaban muy dañadas se pegaba todo, para cocinar no lo recomiendo, el refri tenía un foco de casa parecía que hiba a dañarse. Habían muchos mosquitos nos picaron bastantes.

Apartment was as seen in the pictures. Large king size comfy bed, kitchenette, seating area, and out door balcony. Great communication with concierge and easy direction/instructions for check in and accessing the room.
Cons: shower has zero water pressure and trickles out. Minimal hot water. The shower/toilet area is extremely small and tight. The cleaning is very surface and I had to sweep the floor upon arrival as the floor was covered with hair, sand, dirt. There was no soap left to clean the dishes so unable to use as they felt greasy.
However, I would recommend this place as water pressure issues is expected in Mexico and the cleaning issues can be resolved easily.

The condo that they gave us when we got there was horrible, not 2 queen beds. Only one queen bed, one half sofa and one roller bed. They lied to us especially Julia and she was really rude. I will never pick this place again!

This is not a hotel, also other guests had the same confusion I did thinking it was a hotel, the air conditioner was not working and they do nothing about it, the elevator was not working and no one could help with the suits. Finding the room was almost impossible by my own I needed a video call with the host. Also people in the pool were swimming with clothes (t-shirt and short). No water neither coke or coffee in the room. The best thing was that the person who contacted me was available when I need it, so that allows me to find the room. The place was dirty and I o have photos to prove it.

Pontos negativos:
Utensílios de cozinha bem engordurados e nao tinha nada para lavar;
Falta de acendedor no fogão;
Sem controle de ar condicionado então tinha somente uma opção ar ligado no máximo ou janela aberta;
Chuveiro com pouca água;
Falta de pano de prato;
Cama com molas soltas, tinha uns lugares da cama que não dava pra deitar;
Cadeira da mesa de jantar muito mole, tem que tomar cuidado para nao estourar;
Na sacada nao tem nenhum opção para pendurar toalha ou roupas molhadas;
O prédio tem uma arquitetura estranha, então tem que subir uns andares de escada, se você tem muita mala ou peso, prepara os braço.
Pontos positivos:
Vista para o mar linda da sacada;
Bem próximo a Praia dos Delfines, tem como ir andando pela praia, cerca de 1.6km;
Duas piscinas crianças e adultos;
Tem ponto de ônibus perto, pode ir e voltar de boa;
Fernanda super simpática, nao sei se essas melhorias depende dela mas recomendo passar uns dias como hospede para reconhecer essas falhas e tentar arrumar.

room in need of tlc... overall room is satisfactory.. great view... fridge wasnt working.. broken door handle on slider doir.. sheets on bed slide off.. so you end up on mattress... room servuce once a week..aside from view .. i would give the room 2.5 stars

The lady who rented this was nice to us. The hotel was rundown. We didn’t have towels, bed was very old and hard, dirty, no linens for hardly a thing. No outdoor setting. As stated, the renter was nice to my mother-in-law, the place was just very old. The rest of the hotel was separate so we were not helped for any reason at the front desk. Had to purchase our own towels, pretty much anything you’d typically see in any 1-star hotel.

Just stay away. I was only there a few hours and walked away from the 3 days i paid upfront. The room smelled bad. Tried to shower no hot water no ac. The staff wanted nothing to do with me when i was tring to find my room. The location is fabulous they should tear it down and rebuild.
