Bon accueil, emplacement très pratique pour rayonner sur Marrakech. Le quartier est calme sans être éloigné du très animé quartier Guéliz et de celui de l’Hivernage.
Nous avons visité la plupart des sites à pieds (Jardin de Majorelle, Place Jamaa el Fna, Palais de Bahia, Guéliz, jardin de la Ménara, etc.). C’est un hôtel à taille humaine dans lequel on se sent proche du personnel qui a été très attentif à nos besoins. Le restaurant attenant est qualitatif à des prix raisonnables. Le roof top est idéal pour chiller.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível. Estava apreensiva com a decisão de ficar “fora “ da Medina, mas nosso tipo de viajante foi a melhor decisão. O hotel tem uma excelente localizai, sendo possível caminhar até a Medina (15 min em caminhada !) e está ao lado de excelentes restaurantes. O hotel é lindo e formos surpreendidos com o restaurante é rooftop agradalissimo do hotel. O spa é muito elegante e tem banhos tradicionais com preço similar aos da Medina .
Para quem curte beber cerveja/ drinks, o hotel é autorizado a vender bebida , sendo um dos poucos locais que vimos em 9 dias no Marrocos!
Foi uma excelente escolha e não tenho nenhuma queixa !

酒店位置不错，设施比较旧，房间隔音不太好。早餐种类不多。餐厅服务员工作态度马虎。离开酒店那天去餐厅用早餐，规定7点开始，可是按点到达餐厅仍没有食物。由于赶时间去机场，于是只想要一杯热茶，可是招呼了服务员4次，最终都没有喝到一杯热茶。

Cet hôtel est tout simplement excellent ! Je le recommande fortement pour la qualité du service, son personnel exceptionnel, pour son riche et très bon petit déjeuner offert en buffet à volonté le matin, et aussi pour sa proximité aux principaux centres d’intérêts de Marrakech. Vraiment une très belle expérience et c’est certain que j’y reviendrai si un jour je serai de retour à Marrakech.

2*- amenities ( had to ask for bathrobe , kettle. Was sent out on day of arrival to out to local shop to get my own tea bags, sugar and long life milk.) kettle was provided thereafter. No shower cap, soap bar or cotton buds. I don’t think that I would classify this as a 4* Hotel.
2* Staff- 2 women staff at the desk sniggered and laughed whilst in conversation and this was related to Dounia(customer relations manager). She was polite and respectful of me and repeated my disability and a person travelling alone.
Location- good
I am aware that it is not Hilton as stated in response to previous reviews but I do not believe any training has been given and I hope that in reply the hotel will not reply the same.

Tive problemas desde o check-in e depois um bem grave onde minha mãe idosa passou mal no restaurante e ninguém fez nada para ajudar. Após eu acionar a gerência por meio do instagram, o gerente foi super prestativo em nos ajudar em todo o periodo da estadia, dando um upgrade de quarto para "compensar" o problema ocorrido.
O hotel é ótimo, acomodações boas, mas o staff da recepção e restaurante precisa entender que lidam com pessoas e precisam ser mais receptivos e atenciosos.
Ressalto a Douna foi muito simpática e prestativa.
Localização perto da estação e longe da medina.
Café da manhã razoável.
Gostei do hotel mas não ficaria novamente devido aos problemas relatados.
