Staff are very nice and very helpful. Only not satisfied with the bathroom. Lots of water leakage during shower because of the design and bath tub is still not clean enough because I found hairs.

刚才可能把Avanti和另一家Atlas Essaouira搞混了。不知怎么修改之前的评价。对Avanti很满意。离开时叫出租不太方便，等了半个多小时。

Room was spotless, comfortable and very roomy

The shower was just a dribble sadly, so had to have a bath, but the plug would not stick down so this was very poor.

Malheureusement pas de vue sur océan c'est un peu loin. Manque de produits sanitaires dans la douche et lavabo bouché. Gros handicap pour cet hôtel peu pratique.

Hotel tres agreable avec belle piscine bien entrenu. Personnel vraiment serviable et au petit soin et très professionnel. Literie à Revoir car matelas trop dur.

Hotel au calme, et donnat acces direct a une plage. cependant installations à rafraichir vu le prix de la nuitée. petit dejeuner bien.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage erlebt. Es bietet einen sehr guten Service, aber die vielen kleinen Mängel passen nicht. z.B.: Griff an der Balkontür wakelt, Risse in den Fliesen im Bad, dunkle Stellen im Bad und an der Balkontür, Bettwäsche löchrig, Stehlampe rostig...

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The TV’s didn’t work in any of the rooms, no internet in any of the rooms, the furniture was old, the sliding doors to get to the balcony were hard to open and close, bird poop was all over the balcony and pool area, there were no chairs to sit down on the balcony and pool area. I booked this property for a week and only stayed one day due to the horrible experience. That was $1200 wasted that I can’t get refunded, because of the deception rating and reviews on this website. Furthermore, I was told by an hotel employee that the property had been abandoned by its original owner and the government gave another company vouchers to run it. However, that company refused to due any renovations to it. It hadn’t renovated in over 10 years and the pics of the property are from 2014. Expedia please remove this property from your booking listing. v/r, DeAngelo

Front desk staff (woman) was not friendly or helpful. Borderline rude. Will not go back.

Le service et la gentillesse du personnel il vraiment au petit soin excellent je reviendrait

Chambre 134. La baie vitrée n'est pas très étanche. Lorsqu'il y a du vent, un bruit de soufflerie est présent dans la chambre et cela est dérangeant la nuit. Egalement, il y a un bureau dans la chambre, mais il n'y a pas de chaise. Malgré ma demande cette dernière n'est jamais arrivée dans la chambre. Et pour finir, j'ai pris un chambre donnant sur la mer. Il serait bon de mettre sur le balcon une petite table avec des chaises.

Not so new Hotel; Big Room (but empty); Terrible Breakfast . People were ok.

O hotel é bonito. Tem uma excelente piscina. De resto a fiabilidade é a habitual de Marrocos, sabem que terão sempre turistas a visitar. Um dos restaurantes do hotel foi uma vergonha na comida que serviu e a forma como fomos servidos.

Not very freindly. Poor service . Room has not tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast extremely poor .
