Staff are very nice and very helpful. Only not satisfied with the bathroom. Lots of water leakage during shower because of the design and bath tub is still not clean enough because I found hairs.

Hotel qui a tout misé sur la vue/emplacement en oubliant la notion du service. Interdiction de monter dans la chambre pour voir si mes beaux parents allaient bien car je n'arrivais pas à les joindre par téléphone et que j'étais morte d'inquiéture, sous prétexte que c'est interdit par le règlement intérieur, sachant que la réservation était à mon nom. Sans parler du service très lent, attente de 1h15 pour 2 sandwichs, des choses mentionnées sur le menus mais pas vraiment disponibles, des serviettes non fournies selon le nombre de personne (1 serviette pour 2 dans la chambre ???) bref, c'est sympa si vous voulez passer une journée à la piscine, mais pas pour passer un séjour de plusieurs jours, et ne pas s'attendre à un service de ouf.

Personnel très agréable, la direction est à l’écoute de ses clients. Très bonne situation.

Hôtel en perdition total, la piscine est magnifique mais ferme à 19h00, le restaurant est grand mais le choix de carte limité, la salle de gym est magnifique mais les tapis course comme d’autre appareil hors service et le petit déjeuner n’est digne d’un hôtel de cette envergure, par conte la note est bien salée. Good for one night

Room was spotless, comfortable and very roomy

The shower was just a dribble sadly, so had to have a bath, but the plug would not stick down so this was very poor.

Malheureusement pas de vue sur océan c'est un peu loin. Manque de produits sanitaires dans la douche et lavabo bouché. Gros handicap pour cet hôtel peu pratique.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The TV’s didn’t work in any of the rooms, no internet in any of the rooms, the furniture was old, the sliding doors to get to the balcony were hard to open and close, bird poop was all over the balcony and pool area, there were no chairs to sit down on the balcony and pool area. I booked this property for a week and only stayed one day due to the horrible experience. That was $1200 wasted that I can’t get refunded, because of the deception rating and reviews on this website. Furthermore, I was told by an hotel employee that the property had been abandoned by its original owner and the government gave another company vouchers to run it. However, that company refused to due any renovations to it. It hadn’t renovated in over 10 years and the pics of the property are from 2014. Expedia please remove this property from your booking listing. v/r, DeAngelo

Inside the property is very peaceful.

Front desk staff (woman) was not friendly or helpful. Borderline rude. Will not go back.
