Friendly staff. But, property was dirty, worn-out very dated. Old tattered furniture etc

We booked a 15 square meter room, it was not even 10, no closet, no privacy, toilet without a proper window and directly to the main hall and behind the reception. Same problem in the 2 Ikalimo Riads. Management rude, fooling and using people, you get something acceptable when you pay more. No pool, no disco nothing as in the description.

No es el más lujoso pero sí muy práctico y cumple perfectamente su función. Ubicado junto a una calle con guardias cercanos las 24 horas que da tranquilidad. En la Medina pero sin meterte en el centro, por lo que puedes llegar en taxi sin problemas.

El personal increíble. El servicio de Ibrahim realmente sin igual.

We were so happy to of found this gem of a Riad in the heart of Marrkech. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we were greeted with a warm welcome and couldn’t believe how above and beyond staff went for us. Breakfast was delicious, traditional Moroccan breakfast and we looked forward to it every morning. The Riad is situated in a gorgeous location- right next to the Jardin of Secrets and one of the kings palaces. You could find loads to do/eat within a 5 minute walk but slightly out of the way of the main hustle and bustle of the busy Souks.Thank you so much we will definitely be back

The hotel is very traditional and is very clean and lovely inside . It’s not modern but you feel at home there and it has a lovely traditional atmosphere. The staff are super helpful and friendly and can’t do enough for you . The breakfast is great and it is very quiet . The bed mattress was very firm but that is the way in Morocco and it is not uncomfortable. I loved it here and would definitely stay again

Bien situé en bord de médina, pas evident à trouver, un passant nous a indiqué l'acceuil. Pas de signe évident. Qualité de la chambre moyenne. Bon petit déjeuner

Riad acogedor y limpio, con personal atento y cercano. Muy bien situado, cerca de la plaza y de las calles comerciales del zoco, pero en una zona tranquila y alejada del bullicio, lo cual se agradece. Desayuno excelente compuesto de zumos, té, café, miel, pan...todo recién hecho. Si volviéramos a Marrakech, no dudaríamos en alojarnos en este Riad, ya que todo el equipo hace que te sientas como en casa. Estancia de diez que superó todas nuestras expectativas.

Dommage que lon ne puisse pas regarder la tv française

A mí llegada no funcionaba el timbre de acceso exterior y aún habiendo avisado de mi llegada en horario nocturno no me abrieron. Tuve que dormir mi primera noche en otro hotel y pagar otra noche en otro hotel. Pretendieron compensar su error pero no han realizado ninguna gestión para contactar con la web hoteles.com y corroborar mi versión. Limpio, la ducha sin cortina y moaba todo el baño, el sumidero de la ducha no frenaba. Desayuno algo escaso. Localización a 15 min caminando del centro.

The hotel was a beautiful testament to Moroccan culture and a very fun, friendly stay. We were going to arriving late from our flight from Paris (after midnight) so I was able to Facebook message them from our hotel in Paris to let them know. They were VERY quick to reply and even offered us a ride for a modest 15 Euros. We had a ride waiting for us when we got to the airport with my name on it and he delivered us to the hotel where the hotel manager awaited our arrival. The whole stay was extremely pleasant and the hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast as there are only 5 guest rooms and it appears to be run by a family? We were provided a traditional Moroccan breakfast both mornings (free of charge) and were able to get a ride pretty much anywhere in the city for the same 15 Euro charge. I’m sure this is more than a cab fare but the risk of getting a shady cab wasn’t worth the cheaper fares. All in all, I highly recommend this place and the rooms had A/C, mini fridge, showers and all of the normal accommodation comforts with an old country flare. As a side note— they do have wi-fi and the location is inside the wall in what is “Old Marrakesh” for those wondering about where it is.
