This was a wonderful hotel. I stayed for only a night, but it was a relaxing experience with friendly and helpful staff. They were able to call me a taxi in the morning to get to the train station, which was very appreciated.

Good value for what I paid (approx $60CDN per night) but not what necessarily what lid expect from a 4 star hotel. The room wasn’t dirty but not sure I’d go as far as classifying it as clean either. Older rooms but decently spacious. Wifi was probably my biggest gripe as it was spotty at best. Decent water pressure in the shower which is always great

City taxes are way higher than Expedia advertised. It's pretty outdated in the rooms and not super clean. The restaurant menu was ok but nothing was available the nights we were there.

There were bed bugs. The staff did not seem to take it seriously at all even though I had woken up with bed bugs crawling on my face and body.
We decided to leave and go to a different hotel. I was told there would be a refund issued but I never received it. I contacted the hotel and never heard back. Absolute worst experience and service I have ever received.

Accueil en français très professionnel. Communs propres et grands. Chambre spacieuse un peu dans son jus mais loin des ambiance marocaine pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas. La localisation est bien autour des hotels de chaine internationale. A côté de la médina du marché central et de casa port pour une jonction facile avec l'aéroport. petit dej varié et qualitatif. Bar présent peu ou pas de conseil sur les produits il faut dire que c'est déjà une exception au Maroc.
