At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi. At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine. The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Don't trust them! Without telling us anything, they tried to give us a lower rated room than what we had booked and paid for. When we inquired, they admitted to downgrading us because they had none available. We wouldn't have it so they suddenly found a room on the first floor. We insisted again and they found another one on the second floor. By then we had had enough and accepted because it was only for one night but I wonder how high we could have gone... Shameful

アメニティが必要最低限というところ以外はパーフェクトだと思います。 トラムとショッピングモールが近く大変便利なのと、特にスタッフがフレンドリーで素敵でした。 フロント、ボーイ、レストラン、清掃スタッフすべて、いままで宿泊したホテルのなかで、ダントツにすきです。 みなさまありがとうございました。また必ずラバトに行ったらマリオットに宿泊します。

The stay is great the people are incredible. The issue is with hotel.com. Cancelling my stay while in the hotel.

For the RABAT MARRIOTT HOTEL - Sun. Feb 1 to Tue Feb. 3, 2026: The room was clean with an excellent shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of offerings (the breads and pastries are especially a standout). A valued, convenient feature is the mall which is just next door. It has a food court with options for a casual meal, a supermarket, and many specialty stores. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, helpful, and with a "can-do" attitude. Oumania, a front-desk staffer, went above and beyond in helping us out and deserves special mentioning. All in all, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.

I will start with the positives. The hotel is ideally located, inside is beautiful and the room was great. The cleaners did an amazing job and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was great and dinner was great, can’t complain there. However the hotel was let down by the hotel (night?) club which would play music until 2am. We could feel the vibrations through the wall and hear the music . It was difficult to sleep. The staff could not really do anything.

The condition of the rooms including the cleanness is great. What lacks is the service. The sink in one of our rooms doesn’t drain and after we told them about this issue, nothing was done. No offer of changing rooms nor fixing of the issue.

this is the most amazing Marriott hotel I've ever stayed in. Really, it's like a Four Seasons or something. Beautiful property, great amenities (including the pool, restaurant and spa)

The hotel staff and accommodations were excellent. I could not have asked forester service.
