It was loud up until midnight one night, when my flight was at 6am, but the staff and accomodations are high above standard. Great rooftop view as well if you just ask them to open the door for you.

I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. The facilities and room were clean and it showed a traditional Moroccan style in detail.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing as to my surprise, I tasted one of the best yogurt. However, it would be better if they could deliver the breakfast quicker. I was in a rush but it seems most of the guests needed to wait for more than 30 mins for the breakfast. Some staff could not speak basic English so it had a hard time communicating the needs at first.
There can be some random strangers in the street at night. Remember not to follow them even they tried to sell you or claim to know the boss of this hotel.

La stanza molto bella il bagno anche,un po' stretta la seduta del water ,unica pecca all' arrivo in camera ci siamo fatti un tè alla menta, il giorno dopo rientrati dalla medina non avevano cambiato i bicchieri e non avevano messo altre bustine di tè , e la doccia era fredda ,però la colazione e stata ottima come pure il personale che ci serviva la colazione e che ci ha accolto il primo giorno ,dunque super soddisfatto di tutto a parte la doccia la seconda sera

Great place to stay! Everyone was kind and the riad was very beautiful. Our room was on the third floor and had its own little enclosed terrace overlooking the courtyard. The room had everything except for a phone, but they do have a Whatsapp that you can use to communicate with reception so that was problem solved. The rooftop terrace view during sunrise was 10/10. We saw Fes a few times from a panoramic view but the view of the Medina from this rooftop was probably the best I saw during my trip. The only thing we didn't like during our stay was the private taxi they arranged for us to the train station cost 150DH. We regret going with them bc we could've just walked to the next square (less than 5 mins) and gotten our own taxi for 30DH. Overall, we greatly recommend.

Hospitality at this Riad was unmatched! Ali was amazing, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even helped us find medicine when we became sick. The Riad is also beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner menu. The only comment we have was that our room was a little quirky and the bathroom was dated. The door was super small causing us to hit our heads a few times - maybe not recommended for tall people like us above 5’8.
