Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future, it will hold a special place in our hearts

本來訂了2晚在網上付了全款，但去到酒店說有一晚沒房，我就搞不懂既然接受了全款而为什麼沒房？有點不能接受！然後就把我們安排到另外一间酒店..所以感覺有點不太好，雖然補尝了早餐給我們..酒店其他都非常好，環境，房間，服務都不錯的...

Rooms need some up-keeping
But their quality is excellent their infrastructure is palatial and their staff is well trained and very knowledgeable and want to help at all times
Laundry services are of the highest quality and their restaurant at night is beautiful and excellent food and service.
The spa is ok and their services are average.

My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez.

予約段階から期待していましたが、実際は期待以上のもので最高なステイとなりました！
価格はそれなりに高いですが、リヤド全体のイメージ、仕上がり、部屋の内装、プール、すべてにわたって上質で心地よいものでした。
スタッフの方々もみなさん笑顔で優しくもてなしてくださいました。
どこを見ても綺麗に掃除ができていて毎朝食はプールサイドですが、小鳥のさえずりが響き、とても爽やかです。
主人がバースデーとうことでサプライズケーキのお祝いをしていただけました。
リヤド内の様々なシーンを思い描いては今も幸せな気持ちになります。
