由于航班取消，所以延迟了一天到达酒店，行程亦无奈延后一天，老板没条件更改了入住日期，没要求多收费用，另外，酒店内非常宁静，亦舒适～～

Great place to stay! Rooms were comfortable and clean and the Riad host was so kind!

The staff is welcoming, the place is quiet

Good location, excellent freshly cooked breakfast on the terrace....(local breads, croissants, jams, eggs on some days) with fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. Arranged a cab to collect us from the airport through them. No hassle! Our room on the ground floor was a bit compact - we were given an option on a higher floor, but the circular stairway was a bit off-putting... Abdul was amazing....he was always cleaning, sorting things out and always had a smile on his face! He went out of his way to help all the guests so as to make their hols perfect! WiFi was an issue on arrival, but was sorted out by the following day!

Excellent rapport qualité /prix pour ce riad. Très bon accueil et personnel discret et très souriant. Le riad est situé un peu plus de 10 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El-Fna.

I enjoyed my stay here. Abdul was lovely and welcoming. Although the place was very basic it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice. It was quite hard to find the Riad to begin with. But once you get your bearings it’s close and easy to get to the main square and the souks. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the area even though it felt quite chaotic when I first got there. No one bothered me and the locals/vendors were very friendly. I can recommend this Riad it was good value for money.

Really lovely Riad. Clean, comfortable and close to main square with lots of shopping. Also easy to get to main attractions, most within walking distance or short taxi ride. The owner, Abdul, was very welcoming and helpful and so was his wife. I felt really at home there. Reasonably priced, would highly recommend! Oh, and basic breakfast included served on fabulous roof terrace!

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für diesen Zustand zu teuer! Im Internet stand Parkplatz? War nicht vorhanden ? Sehr gefährliche Gegend !

Tivemos uma experiência linda em nossa hospedagem no Riad Noor Charana. Em todo momento, fomos muito bem recepcionados por Abdul que nos deu atenção em todos os momentos e nos explicou sobre a cidade. Em um dos dias, precisamos tomar café da manhã bem cedo e ele preparou para nós, além de nos ajudar com informações sobre o deslocamento e onde passear na cidade. O Riad é muito agradável, cheiroso, limpo, seguro e silencioso, um templo incrível em Marrakech. Fica bem próximo da praça principal mas também é perto para andar a pé por toda a Medina. Recomendo muito

Buen alojamiento, buen desayuno, y una atencion magnifica por parte del personal

bei unserer Ankunft waren wir zunächst etwas erschrocken über die geringe Größe des Zimmers zumal es keine Schränke gab. wir konnten uns aber im Nachhinein damit gut einrichten, zumal im recht großen Bad Ablage Möglichkeiten bestanden. allerdings muss man wissen dass jedes Zimmer anders ist. das Bad ist normal eingerichtet und mit dem heißen Wasser gab es bei uns überhaupt keine Probleme. die Klimaanlage arbeitete angenehm leise, so dass man sie auf geringer Stufe auch über Nacht laufen lassen konnte. das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war jeden Morgen sehr schön, auch wenn es relativ wenig Abwechslung gab. der Kaffee war für arabische Verhältnisse sehr gut und die angebotenen Marmeladen auch. zu den angebotenen Wellness und Massagebehandlungen können wir nichts sagen, diese haben wir im Riad nicht angenommen. gut gefallen haben uns auch die relativ kurzen Wege zu dem Hauptplatz, das sind nur ca 8 Minuten. in der Nähe befinden sich auch einige kleine marokkanische Bistros, die kann man gerne einmal probieren, solange man keine Berührungsängste hat.

Driving in Medina is definitely not for the faint-hearted. Abdul checked us in and was absolutely wonderful in directing us to a nearby car park to leave our car during our stay. He was really friendly throughout our stay. Thank you, Abdul!! The place was very clean and considering it was in the heart of Medina, it was actually very quiet. Aircon rooms were fantastic. Breakfast each morning was fabulous. We would definitely stay her again.

The surroundings of the property is ok, but the most important is the service of Abdul his great, even he speak little English, rather than that our stay are wonderful... Thanks Abdul

It was difficult finding the hotel in the beginning but we got help from two wonderful couples who were kind enough to help us find the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, our room was perfect and the air conditioner was working brilliantly. Abdul was very helpful and patient. Radiya's breakfast was always delicious, kept our room tidy and the whole hotel too. The location was very close to the market, if want to pray there's a masjid very close to the hotel. But overall I and my friend had a great time and a very pleasant stay at riad noor charana hotel.

Arrivés un peu avant minuit, Ahmed nous attendait sur une petite place non loin du Riad avec un large sourire. Il nous a guidé dans les ruelles encore très animées de la médina et porté notre valise. Lucien (mon fils de 13 ans) a beaucoup apprécié sa bienveillance. Tout au long du séjour (7 jours/7nuits), Ahmed et Radia son épouse nous ont chouchouté par leurs sourires généreux et leurs conseils judicieux :-) Durant 7 jours et 7 nuits, Ahmed était "au taquet" ! Mais quand dort-il ?? Accessible de jour comme de nuit ...(arrivées, départs, téléphone...) Les chambres sont nickels ! Haut plafond, propre, et très soigné par une décoration élégante et chaleureuse. Les petit-déjeuners pris sur la terrasse sont délicieux, copieux et variés. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et espérons revenir tout bientôt avec toute la famille cette fois !! Merci Ahmed et Radia <3 Dominique et Lucien

We had a great stay at Riad Noor Charana. The hosts were very lovely and very willing to help us with taxi bookings. The only thing that we had some difficulties with was that the wifi was a bit slower than what we are used to, which is to be expected. Overall, I would 100% recommend this Riad to friends and family.
