Saya sangat puas dengan hotel ini. Selain hotelnya bagus, lokasi nya juga sangat strategis. Tepat berada di tengah kota Yangon.

The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar.

Thanks for the hospitality from nice and friendly staff, especially give appreciation to Yemin from coerciage for his excellent in both manner and expertise, patiently assisting our trip in Yangon.
The hotel room is clean and quiet.
Though not in a very convenient location, there's shopping centre nearby where you can get your necessities.

I loved the breakfasts and the friendly staff,especially the willingness of the cleaning staff to accommodate everything I needed. I like that there are many dining options. My only wish was that there should have been a brochure of a sort informing guests of all the stores/restaurants downstairs. Be sure to see me again next trip!

Nice to spend a coupe of days around the swimming pool. Although, the swimming pool dirty and looked like it hadnt been hoovered for weeks.
Booked 2 adults and 2 kids via expedia breakfast included. Got to the hotel, they charged us for the kids breakfast.
A charge for an extra bed was $35 per night. My eldest child slept on the sofa instead.
