The hotel is new, clean and very convenient. The staffs are very nice. Breakfast is very good. I do recommended.

i'm so impressd for all hotel staff in every department as i faced. Everybody's well trained.Novotel's realy good management for training!

It is new and clean. Only 1 disadvantage is far from downtown. Even it is around 7 km but the traffic in Yangon is bad.

We are quite disappointed from first start check in. Hotel recepetionist seem to be failed to answer my question for the function room that we have to attend the next morning and double charge for room even I had given her the receipt from hotel.com.But I do not feel so mad as I am really want to see the local people try to do their best but I don"t know if it going to be happen with some European clients. She had to void after 2 hours.Baht tub is the most dangerous for old and short legs it was quite hide with the glass window that can cause more accident. The amentity is not up to standard for Accor group.No mirror for make up,only inside the bahtroom. The best thing that we have is room service that made good taste. and good services.

We stay in lower floor at this time and the closet has smell, bed sheets and quilt cover looks a bit long time no change

We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar.

It was a good place for our visit. The vreakfast and restaurant options in thr hotel were fabulous and the beds were comfortable. Will certainly return.

I loved the breakfasts and the friendly staff,especially the willingness of the cleaning staff to accommodate everything I needed. I like that there are many dining options. My only wish was that there should have been a brochure of a sort informing guests of all the stores/restaurants downstairs. Be sure to see me again next trip!

Nice to spend a coupe of days around the swimming pool. Although, the swimming pool dirty and looked like it hadnt been hoovered for weeks. Booked 2 adults and 2 kids via expedia breakfast included. Got to the hotel, they charged us for the kids breakfast. A charge for an extra bed was $35 per night. My eldest child slept on the sofa instead.
