裝修溫馨 所有的設備都跟官方相片的效果一樣，而且很乾淨又新，電視可以用手機投影上去。唯獨沖涼的空間有點細。其他一切都很好

We stayed at citadine chains before but this one is by far one of the best. The room is designed to accommodate the needs of a young family. Everything in the room was in good shape and order. A small improvement could be more towel racks inside the bathroom. But other than that I can't complain the free coffee bar with unlimited refill gets my day going. It was a bit hidden in the back of the touristic Amsterdam but at the same time, it was safe and a close walk to everything. The reception prepared little gifts for women to celebrate March 8 which was cute and thoughtful. The staff were warm and helpful. It wasn't busy and the staff suggested us to do more after our checkout on our last day.

Hotel boutique bom! Gostamos , decoração super linda e toda escandinava… Quarto pequenos ! Poderiam melhorar café da manhã . Mas indico e recomendo essa hotel.

Brilliant stay. Amazing location, super quiet and lovely street within very close distance of shopping and restaurants. Wonderful amenities including filtered water and coffee. Super kind staff!

Great and very hospitable welcome, excellent and helpful staff. Location good 5 min walk to metro. Clean and crisp. Room a bit small as no space to put your luggage although bathroom is very nice and spacious. Walls thin so was a little bit noisy but I think that’s due to a noisy and inconsiderate neighbour moving furniture at 6am! Happy to have stayed.

Hotel was nice and room was clean but small. But big enough for what we needed it for. Friendly staff. Lovely lounge in the reception area where tea and coffee is complimentary. Takes 11mins by metro from central station - super convenient. Would recommend if you want quiet but a walk away from some action.

Contraté cama doble de matrimonio y me dieron 2 camas individuales, tuve que reclamar. Durante los 3 días de estancia no limpiaron habitación ni cambiaron toallas ni hicieron las camas… Es un Hotel recóndito y alejado del centro. Caro en relación a lo que ofrece.

The staff did not remind us we need to tell the frontdesk to have housekeeping. Otherwise room will not be made up everyday. Frontdesk should remind the guests

Yatak çok gıcırdıyordu, 15 numaralı oda. uykusu hafif birinin tatilde başına gelebilecek kötü şeylerden biri. Maalesef otel bununla ilgili bir şey yapmadı. İki kere çözüm için onlarla görüştüm. Tüm odalar dolu olduğu için başka odaya geçemedik. Bir wd40 ile yağlamak çözüm sağlayabilirdi, bu zor bir işlem değil, ancak sanırım bu da mümkün değildi. Onun yerine kulak tıpası verdiler. Yorulunca odaya gitmek istemiyordum. Her şey süper olsa ne fayda.

Great room, great location, 6 min walk to the train station, clean, and amazing staff. Would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel bem próximo aos principais pontos, fácil acesso. Quarto amplo, com cozinha, frigobar. Água e café são cortesias. Gostei bastante, ficaria novamente.

Typical Dutch buffet. Fresh breads, cheeses , ham, fruit and yogurt. Fresh, bountiful and yummy.

Clean, modern and convenient

Comfortable room, with kitchenette, very clean and well maintained. Loved the lounge area with free hot chocolate, coffee and tea, and fruit, and space to relax and work. Great location close to public transport, museums, restaurants etc. Home away from home.

We stayed four nights at Citadines Canal Amsterdam which was amazing Check in was supper easy and the front desk staff Irene and Solar were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The 1st floor apartment was very well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem whatsoever. The bed was super comfy and the shower room excellent, again everything you needed and well thought out. The location of the Hotel is outstanding a short walk from the metro and within easy reach of the museums, restaurants and main city centre. We couldn’t have wished for more. Would definitely stay here again - Highly recommended
