Booked two rooms for three nights, one of the rooms didn’t get cleaned up after the first night. I believe they just forgot it. Overall, it’s a cozy place in a good location.

地理環境方面不錯、離市中心不太遠、附近有間 markethall 、裡面有各式各樣的小店。服務方面酒店應考慮改善下面情況 : 酒店住客使用電梯時必須要用房卡拍打電子板才啓用到電梯、而每房只配置一張電子房卡、當房內兩位客人其中一位要到地面前台拿取支援物品時、便處於兩難困境、拿走電子卡房內的電全斷、不拿又啟動不了電梯

飯店位置不錯緊鄰科隆大教堂及萊因河但是整體CP值不高 CHECKIN時發現房間設備有問題(天花板頂燈壞了) 基本衛浴消耗品(如衛生紙等)也沒補充入住第二天朋友的房間有補充免費的水及免費衛浴用品但本人入住房間卻甚麼都沒有不太理解有點失望

The hotel is just a standard ibis hotel. The problem is the service. It might be one of the "BEST" we have even seen. If you are not local, you may hear a lot of excuse for their being not able to .......etc. Anyway, hope you will not have the same experience.
