The hotel is not too bad, but, price too high (more than Eur.200) maybe due to the EMW. What I could not accept is the hotel managerment is very poor, someone in hotel stated me "no show" on system, which is not correct and charge the "no show" fee to me. While I checked in, reception found it and corrected (as she said), but, when I checked out next day, another lady in reception told me, the system no change and she tried to fixed it, it waste the time for min. 10 min. (taxi is waiting outsite) and she repeate and tried to talk to me, it's not her fault. OK, your are right, it's my fault, I choiced this hotel.

At least 30 minutes walk from the train station. Staffs are nice. Rooms are tiny without any basic complementary stuff. Comfy bed indeed. Not feeling good when you are tired and arriving late but the bathing area is siltation. Overall it's a bit pricy.

雖然離車站有一段距離，不過沿著河道走到飯店的風景滿不錯的。 客房沒有熱水壺，不過櫃台服務人員很樂意提供熱水。

Easy to find, take 20 mins walk and just across the river.

Room is small but clean. Free parking is very nice. Have to go down to reception to get hot water for baby.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Free parking onsite. bus close by for trip into the city centre. Enjoyable meal for dinner onsite.

Besides the accommodation costs I had to pay twice the taxes and not formulated additional costs for our stay.

It's a bit of a walk from the town centre, but it's in a nice residential area and is a very decent hotel.

Werd zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Mooie schone kamer. Ruime sortering van Ontbijt wat je zelf kon pakken. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Doucheputje was verstopt, maar werd razendsnel verholpen. Fijn dat het ov op loopafstand was.

Stay was very nice but Bed is way too Hard.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this friendly, clean hotel. Service was brilliant. Fantastic breakfast. The walk along the canal into the center of Utrecht took about 30 mins. We found a lovely cafe on the way. Could not fault our stay at all. Thank you 😊

Difficult to find staff and not the most friendly. Chef was great though, happy to chat and treated us like valued guests

Flott og mer en stort nok rom for et par. Veldig enkel og billig parkering utenfor hotellet. Mulighet for å leie sykkel for å sykle inn til byen eller til andre severdigheter. Meget blid og serviceinnstilte resepsjonister.

Siisti, uusittu, rauhallinen vehreä ympäristö, lyhyt ratikkamatka keskustaan, pysäkit lähellä. Perushyvä aamiainen. Ystävällinen palvelu.

The price was exaggerated for this hotel.
