酒店升级了套房，其他的还重要吗，位置不是非常好，行政酒廊有点小气，10点过去，没有人，软饮料也被锁了

I booked a room for 3 adults, but when we entered the room, there's only a queen size bed. We called the receptionist and they agreed to bring a extra bed. We had waited for about an hour before they brought in the extra bed. The service was not satisfying, but acceptable. But when I received the credit card slip, I found I was charged EURO 35 for the extra bed. The hotel replied even though I booked a room for three, I still had to pay for the extra bed. This was the first time I was charged this fee, and I will NEVER EVER stay in the hotel again.

We stayed there for three nights in a family room. The room is large and comfortably accommodated four adults. But the housekeeping is not of high standard expected of Marriot. The toiletries are not replenished every day.

相比之下房间有点儿小。房间清洁标准不统一。发生过一次false alarm，挺吓人的。

In general, it is a good stay experience except the breakfast is too pricy compared to its selection & variety of food. The other thing is the housekeeping forgot to clean our trash bin in the toilet.

Ontbijt was niet erg overzichtelijk zou handig geweest zijn als erboven bordjes waren met aanduidingen , maar verder heerlijk. Was niet duidelijk welke taal het personeel sprak Engels , Nederlands? Parkeren prima vlak voor het hotel. Bij inchecken zou het prettig zijn wanneer meer dan een balie open zou zijn

Overall it was just about fine for just 2 nights but most staff interactions were met with a "no". Can anyone help with luggage? No. Can we post our stamped postcards with you? No. Can you check before charging our card as we wanted to use a different one? Oops, too late... So, all very basic and not afraid to charge heavy fees for everything eg 30 euros for the car park.

Goede ligging, makkelijk te bereiken zowel per auto als openbaar vervoer. Goede bedden en uitstekend ontbijtbuffet.

Een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad. Het diner was wel rommelig en de friet werd niet doorgegeven aan de keuken. Ook een hele lange wachttijd zodat wij ons moesten haasten om op tijd in het Universum te komen. Ik ben dit niet gewend van uw hotel.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist okay. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber,- leider! ( Haare auf dem Bett, Brotkrümel auf dem Boden, Staubig…) Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Personal war nett!

Bra städning. Trevlig hjälpsam personal och bra frukost.

Do to circumstances out of our control we had to cancel our family vacation ! Due to war time and uncertain circumstances! Out of our control ! We were not compensated for our need to cancel and there for very upset for not at least getting some money back !

Excellent breakfast with very caring and friendly staff.got a perfect cup of English tea! Located near 2 tram stops and nextdoor to the UK Kunstmuseum.great for Hague centre and Schevingen

Saubere gemütliche Zimmer Bett war in Ordnung etwas zu weich für mich. Das Frühstück war okay aber auch nicht wow. Brötchen gab es nur zwei verschiedene und Brot war auch nicht besonderes Preis Leistung passte nicht ganz.

街の中心からは離れていますが、バスを使えば20分程度。静かに過ごすのであれば、良い滞在先です。
