Die Unterkunft insgesamt war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal – alle waren durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt definitiv angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Die Saunen und die gesamte Anlage sind schön gestaltet und laden eigentlich zum Entspannen ein. Allerdings gibt es hier einen großen Kritikpunkt: Der Saunabereich darf ausschließlich komplett nackt genutzt werden. Selbst mit Badebekleidung, wie z. B. Badeshorts, ist der Zutritt nicht erlaubt – auch dann nicht, wenn man sich zusätzlich mit einem Handtuch bedeckt. Gerade bei dem Preisniveau der Unterkunft empfinden wir diese Regelung als sehr unflexibel und unangenehm. Für uns persönlich ein absolutes No-Go, da man sich dadurch eher unwohl als entspannt fühlt. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt sind die zusätzlichen Kosten: Für Hotelgäste fallen Parkgebühren in Höhe von 15 € pro Tag an, was wir als recht hoch empfinden. Auch das gastronomische Angebot konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist eher begrenzt und die Preise sind im Vergleich dazu deutlich zu hoch. Die Lage in der Nähe des Nationalparks ist hingegen ein Pluspunkt und eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Natur. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten.

Tolles Hotel jedoch ist das Parken exklusive und sehr teuer. Ausserdem waren Bademantel und Handtücher nicht inklusive für Expedia Buchungen. Daher muss man nochmal 30-40€ extra rechnen.

Leider gab es Baumassnahmen die unser Besuch (vor allem der Thermen) stark beeinträchtigt haben. Auch gab es infrastrukturelle Probleme beim Abendessen (lang warten, fehlende Gerichte), die auch durch das sympathische Personal nicht vollständig geklärt werden konnten.

Property UNDER CONSTRUCTION - NO ELEVATORS! We had stayed here once before, and decided to bring my older parents for a three night stay. There are no working elevators, and my dad was not able to get up and down the steps and hauling all of our luggage was not the easiest. When we got to the rooms, there were empty wine and champagne bottles outside our doors inside the room. The beds were not made up very nice and it was missing the coffee pots and coffee cups. I stopped and asked the housekeeping and she said that they were very low on coffee, pods and coffee cups in the shower the shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We’re all empty And we were told that we would have bath robes and slippers inside our room for the spa and we did not have any of them so we finally went to go get robes and slippers, but they were out of all men’s slippers and sizes. When you offer a physical therapy pool for people that have mobility issues you need to let them know if the elevators in the hotel are not working having no elevators is unacceptable for a spa with five flights upstairs to use the facilities.

Trotz Umbau und Renovierung war der Aufenthalt ein Highlight! Unseren Wünschen wurden Rechnung getragen und wir haben eine entspannte Zeit verbracht! Nur dass das Parken 15€ am Tag kostet für Hotelbesucher, ist noch verbesserungsfähig, denken wir.

The perfect getaway and reboot.

Thermae2000 is a known for its spa and great pools. These were fantastic. The hotel however, was not great at all. Staff was very rude and people at the reception hardly knew their job. We had to come over for every small miscommunication and this happened very often. Things also weren’t properly explained to us, and navigating the building was a hassle because of the lack of routing. Communication about restaurants was also very unclear. The “fancy restaurant” at the hotel, turned out to also be a poolside restaurant. Dresscode was unclear and we were offered a wet fabric chair while wearing formal clothes. Reception was in the pool entrance because of construction in the hotel entrance. This was poorly communicated and hard to navigate at night. The hotel entrance had no lights, it was full of trash and tools and we saw multiple people struggle to enter the lobby. Most of the rooms feel dated or are in construction. We had a new room, which was fine. We however had a random old fridge, left in the middle of the room (we already had a fridge). We also didn’t get any body lotion, make up pads or q tips. Pretty weird for a hotel next to a spa. Breakfast was alright but was clearly the same every day of our stay. Plates weren’t even redressed, just replaced the day after. The breakfast also lacked a lot of warm options, such as pancakes. Overall, the pool really saved our stay. It’s a great pool and therms, but the hotel was very mediocre at best.

Vi blev väldigt väl omhändertagen!

We had a lovely stay. My only suggestion would be more water fountains, especially in relaxation areas. All these saunas are a thirsty business.

They couldn’t find our paid booking. I spent 1 hour sitting in lobby on the phone with Expedia and their guest services. We were given $100 in credit but that money was not worth my time and the utter frustration my husband and I went through. This trip was supposed to be relaxing

Aangenaam en ontspannend verblijf. Bij afsluiten van bezoek waren de douchegels spijtig genoeg opgebruikt,als enig aandachtspuntje.
