The check in process was fast. The breakfast was yummy. Plus, this hotel is located in a shopping centre so I could easily grab food from the food court down floor.

Located in the middle of the awesome Auckland city with tons of access to great places (Ferry Building, Auckland War Memorial Museum, Sky Tower, etc.) The room is very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend people to come and stay!

Perfect location if shopping/exploring is your thing. Right next to Queen St & Victoria St. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of the Sky Tower from the window of the room too.

お部屋に電子レンジが無く、日本から持ってきていた、パックご飯をフロントで温めてもらいました。

Hotel is excellent. Staff are approachable and friendly. Only reason i gave a low score for the srea around the hptel is alot of road work happening at the time we stayed. Excellent location otherwise, very close to queens st

The location of this hotel near Sky City is excellent, especially proximity to the inter-city bus stop and The Shakespeare Brewery Pub; I found the computer-controlled elevator system to be weird and potentially alarming: the higher the technology, the greater inflexibility when things go wrong. It is a minor complaint, I suppose, but it was akin to claustrophobia, not having more control over elevator stops.
