お部屋に電子レンジが無く、日本から持ってきていた、パックご飯をフロントで温めてもらいました。

Hotel is excellent. Staff are approachable and friendly. Only reason i gave a low score for the srea around the hptel is alot of road work happening at the time we stayed. Excellent location otherwise, very close to queens st

The location of this hotel near Sky City is excellent, especially proximity to the inter-city bus stop and The Shakespeare Brewery Pub; I found the computer-controlled elevator system to be weird and potentially alarming: the higher the technology, the greater inflexibility when things go wrong. It is a minor complaint, I suppose, but it was akin to claustrophobia, not having more control over elevator stops.

Excellent location for shopping and eating right in the middle of central business district. Excellent and very helpful staff. Great breakfast, lots of choices, made to order omelettes and coffee. The rooms are big, but a bit dated.

Quick stay for us in Auckland and the Crowne Plaza was perfect. Friendly staff at check in and went out of their way to be helpful. The bed seriously has to be the best hotel bed we have slept in. Despite all of the surrounding works, parking was easily accessible. Highly recommended!

食事は必要十分な比較的イギリス的なバラエティなため、野菜が少なめでした。毎日同じなので連泊すると飽きます。主にシリアル用に豆乳、アーモンドミルク、オーツミルクが用意されており、助かりました。色々なコーヒードリンクを作ってくれるバリスタコーナーもでも、牛乳以外の選択肢があり、良い。
