Nothing beats the location of the hostel, facing Lake Tekapo and a short walk to everything. The lounge facing the view of the lake was magnificent. The facilities like the kitchen and the laundry are also a major plus—clean and modern. Our room was cozy and super clean. We only stayed a night, but wished we could stay longer to enjoy the view even more.

地點非常棒！就在湖邊，從後面直接走到湖邊很方便，走路可以到牧羊人教堂跟吃飯逛街的地方。不過房間隱私就稍差，會被看到，但美景萬歲，可以自炊，飯店的大客廳跟餐廳景緻都很好，晚上塞滿人，一位難求！房間小，大行李箱不好開，不過是hostel,也算正常,不過我們住的房間暖氣壞掉，被子超級無敵暖，最後沒睡好（踢被子太冷，蓋被子又太熱…）

我獨自在紐西蘭旅行三個月，來到Lake Tekapo已經是旅程的尾聲。我預定Haka了七天六夜，想在這個安靜的小鎮好好休息。沒想到Haka不僅僅是旅行中一個舒適的家，Haka夥伴的服務態度與能力，完整了我在整個紐西蘭的旅程。
1:12點check in 時，我們所有旅客的房間都已經準備好了。不需要額外再加30紐幣，我們就已經歡呼著進入我們的房間。
2:室內開窗，窗外有陽光微風，窗內有潔白的寢具和清潔的氣息。
3:24小時的前台服務，不管是多麼零碎的小事，馬上有人幫你處理的妥妥噹噹。
4: 一級棒的環境與整理，尤其是我們的廚房和用餐區，haka的夥伴給了我們一個極其整齊乾淨安全且舒適的空間。
5:Lake Tekapo的Haka有一種神奇的魅力，無論是煮一餐飯，喝一杯酒，看一本書還是泡一壺茶，隨時隨地，你會有一種被愛護被珍惜的感覺。
這種感覺，不是用金錢或者要求堆疊出來的感覺。透過這種感覺，我們可以體會到haka的企業文化，管理團隊的專業精神與haka夥伴對人與自然的尊重和和諧。

The hotel service was excellent, and the accommodation room was also very nice. I was a bit flustered during my first experience in the public restaurant, but it was definitely a memorable experience. I would definitely visit again if given the chance.

very bad experience. I have booked and been confirmed for 2 persons but was told that only one bed available upon my arrival to this hostel. No remedial action provided nor any form of apology from the reception staff. It's seem that the staff concerned expected me to solve the problem by myself.

The hotel faces to Lake Tekapo directly. We were able to see the lake and beautiful sky, mountains, extremely brilliant stars from the dawn to midnight from my room. The root was narrow to find the space for suitcases. It was cold inside of the room.

The place is nice overall, it's at a prime location. However their beds creaks!!!! Also the whole place only has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. If the place is full probably close to 100 people staying the laundry efficiently not enough.
It's not a hard no but I'll not stay at Haka if there's other reasonable options in the area.

テカポ湖に面した最高のロケーションの施設でした。星空を見に夜中に起きても、治安もよく広々とした広場が目の前のためすぐに出入りができてとても良かったです。また是非利用したいです。
