皇后鎮哈卡之家飯店

原預訂了4晚apaprtment房型，因為臨時決定在皇后鎮多住一晚，但apartment房型沒有房，只好預訂了4人的背包房，住過以後頓時有種從天堂跌落地獄的感覺。 先說apartment，整體上很滿意，客廳的窗戶外有一棵櫻花樹，天氣好時看出去超級美。廚房的用具略嫌缺乏，但可以去公共廚房補給。衛浴間提供免費洗衣機、乾衣機。 4人背包房：空間非常小，坐在床上腰也坐不直，一直碰到頭，床底下的櫃子很難拉動。晚上開暖氣時，暖氣一直往上升，睡上鋪的人熱到快要暈厥，但睡下鋪的人又冷得要命。公共衛浴分佈零散，沒有分開男女衛浴，試過有一間衛浴是有人在裡面洗澡，有男生在外面刷牙，對女生來說不太方便。洗衣、乾衣收費$2-4。公共廚房有3個，可是每個都不太大，只提供雪櫃，沒有freezer。 附近不過處有一間超巿，離公車站或intercity上下車點也不離。同一家飯店相比下apartment 的CP值高很多，會推薦住apartment，背包房的話則不太推薦。

位置便利，員工友善，價格實惠，必定再訪

我們住的是三樓的雙人房，房間和浴室等設備都還不錯，洗澡的水量稍小了點。 地理位置很好，步行至市中心購物、用餐都很方便。

在Queenstown住3間hostel, 它們是唯一在床位有設置拉簾的hostel且房間有設置暖器, 在四人房住了3天2夜, 共用空間有點小(只有走道和角落可放行李的位置), 床鋪舒適乾淨唯獨房間隔音不是很好. 接待處人員很nice樂於協助, 講解清楚. 在介紹Queenstown資料收集區的布告欄上, 我覺得它們是做得最好的hostel(清楚明瞭, 看得出用心), 它們把吃食排名/景區講解得很清楚, 雨天的建議(烤蛋糕)等. 這些對於剛到Queenstown的旅客來說很貼心. 共用shower的水壓也很足夠. 地點離super market和cable car很近. 此hostel的格局比較特別(有點像迷宮). 幾乎每天晚上都有舉辦不同主題的聚會, 如棉花糖巧克力聚會等.

It has a clean, specious and comfortable bathrooms. Although the sound of people stepping on the wood floor is clear, I still sleep pretty well with earplugs. Almost all facillties has time limits but it is still a cosy place to stay. I still will consider living here the next time.

几十人的Lodge就只有3个左右的洗手間 还分佈於不同樓層 廁所的門光一个小勾扣上 你若碰上 '办公' 时试过几个人有男有女的強行扭动手把开你門 然后一坨人在門外讨论誰去那么久什么的 太不行了 就不能多加个好点的鎖嗎？不能有点标示是有人在用？

地點很方便，搭巴士到皇后鎮之後走四五分鐘就可以到，幾乎不用上坡(這裏因為地形關係有很多斜坡)。鄰近鎮中心，餐廳、旅遊中心都很近，尤其離著名景點纜車站、Kiwi Birdlife Park 不遠，很推薦。要注意這裡是共用衛浴、廚房等設備的，衛浴算乾淨明亮，且與一般青年旅館不同的是空間非常大，但要注意使用的時間及相關規定。這裏的結構很有趣可愛，有點像迷宮，但也因為構造關係，木板地在行走時容易受到影響或是對下層住宿的人造成影響。如果容易因為噪音干擾而睡不著的人要考慮一下了。

It was very clean and there were plenty of towels and paper towels provided. The location was also very good.

The hotel is located a bit outside of town, and since there's a main road right in front, you can hear some traffic noise. Like other HAKA properties, check-in is fully automated and self-service. However, there's a curfew and a PIN code required for the entrance door. This information was displayed at the reception, but I wasn’t aware of it. When I returned around 8 p.m., I couldn’t open the door and had to ask another guest inside to let me in. It made me feel that there was a lack of clear information regarding the absence of on-site staff. The room I was assigned was a semi-basement unit facing the street, while the staff room was on the second floor—which made me wonder about the room assignment. My bed was on the top bunk, but there was a large gap between the bed and the wall. Small items would fall through the gap; in fact, a 500ml plastic bottle dropped and hit the light on the lower bunk. I understand that room layouts may vary, but I believe it would be safer if this gap were filled or minimized. The small storage basket near the outlet was better than nothing, but I was still concerned about items falling. That said, the shower and toilet facilities were well-maintained and I appreciated that. While I’ve pointed out a few issues, in terms of cost-performance, this hotel is hard to beat. I would still recommend it to others.
