The time I was there the room was beautiful and had a nice view of the city. The bed and couch were comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here when in Auckland.

員工非常友善主動，酒店位置極好，門口十步已經有sky bus.非常方便，酒店附近有麥當勞對面已經係市中心大行，所以景點徒步已經到達，行15分鐘已經到sky tower，整體十分滿意，唯一不太好是房間內隔音不好，很易聽到旁邊房間發翻什麼事。

飯店櫃檯人員服務態度良好，客房也很舒適唯獨隔音效果較差，但位置很好，距離海邊近，飯店外就有sky bus往返機場很方便，也近queen street及Angus steak house

地點鄰近Britomart車站很近，機場過來的Skybus站也就在旁邊，鄰近大街跟碼頭等點都很近，交通方便。人員服務好，房間乾淨，唯獨浴室淋浴間的乾濕分離不好，水會流出來到外面馬桶跟旁邊的地板。

到奧克蘭旅行選擇住在這裡讓我覺得非常的滿意；從機場到飯店有巴士可以到達而且是停靠在飯店的門口，這對於拖著行李的旅人來說真的很方便。因為我們二天後要到碼頭搭遊輪，所以步行五分鐘就可以到達海港大樓了。除此之外房間很乾淨，床也很舒適喔！

Good location, close to the Harbour and Train station. The breakfast offered by the restaurant is good. However, note that there is no place to place your car in this hotel.

客房/酒店整潔度很好、房間比較新、也十分光亮潔淨。服務質素也不錯、很快就可以check in入住了。酒店位置很方便、鄰近碼頭和火車站。Sky bus就在門口、所以，出入機場十分方便。才十幾分鐘就能走到Sky tower、一路上都可以shopping，買手信也十分方便。附近又有DFS & supermarket.

Nice hotel great location. Bed was comfortable and room was well appointed.
A couple of areas that I’d like to see improved, the chair at the desk is a lounge style chair and too low for any extended time making it uncomfortable to work at the desk for any period of time. An office style adjustable chair would work better.
The tech panel below the tv is not connected. Tried using an HDMI cable but the tv did not recognise it.
I know it’s coming but not being able to stream to the tv from my device in 2025 shows the age of the tech in the room.

Check-in could have been slightly smoother. Despite being on 5th floor it was so noisy. The noise from the street is very loud and continues through the night. Overall not bad.
