This is our second stay & it was as great as our first stay. A room with a balcony is a must. The others rooms are looking straight in to residential apartments. The apartment amenities & design are basic but you have every, well thought out.
Wilsons Carparking across the road for $26 per day on the weekend. A central location with everything just below you on the street. I highly recommend.

很近市中心，地點好好，無輪行路定坐車去邊都好方便，保安都好好，夜晚會大門用room key 先入到，上樓lift 都要用room key 先㩒到，staff super nice ，房間好大咩餐具都有，方便帶小朋友岀行而需要自行煮食，樓下就有間華人超市，就算去local big supermarket ‘ countdown 都係行七分鐘，厠所都好乾淨，有洗衣同乾衣機，冇牙膏牙刷提供，其他用品都可以填張form request refill 。很開心既入住體驗，下次有機會再去會再選擇。

some cons are a fake venting fan in the bathroom and no window(if you want to cook, the air in the room will be toxic),
and the leg of 2 dining chairs was broken, however the hotel changed for us.
Compared to other same level (price), the quest is lower than average, just with a good location

2 out of 3 receptionists are not friendly, pulling long face when we seeked for help, like storing luggage. Housekeeping did half of the bedroom! Room is spacious for 2 but along a busy main road can be noisy during night time. Rate is reasonable though.

Our room was so hot, it was impossible to get a good nights rest, which is the very point of a hotel!
The air conditioning is obviously broken, so a temporary arrangement had been made, with ducking pipes running from floor to ceiling in Freon of the TV. The portable unit is loud, and not effective. The windows do not open, so no fresh air available either.
Deeply disappointed!

Overall our stay was good and we had a great time in Auckland. But the A/C unit was not very good and could not cool the room, this made it hard for our baby to nap during the day, and for us all to sleep at night. The staff was very accomadating to our needs and were able to move cleaning around our babies sleep schedule.

The room size was nice, it’s quite large with a couch and big fridge. The staff are helpful enough. The stove and dishwasher are very old - we did not use the stove as it looked like it would be challenging to cook with. The room was not very clean - there was mold in the shower soap dispensers and the walls were visibly soiled. The wifi is barely usable due to slow speeds and parkade was hard to fit a RAV4 in. We’ve had great experiences at Quest before but wouldn’t stay at this one again.
