喜歡有廚房設施， 房間頗大 ，附近有超市 ， 公交車站很近 很方便出市區，近機場遠離市區。 普遍大致上滿意。

服務人員相當友善，房間內設施提供了洗衣機及烘衣機令人滿意，距離市區需開車。

一室公寓虽然不大但足够打开两个行李箱，有小厨房、餐具、锅具、洗碗机、洗涤用具甚至盐，房间内有洗衣机干衣机还附送洗衣粉一袋，不用去公共区域洗衣服，太棒了！

not near the down town

Near airport, 5 min driving or 15 min walking. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance as well. Very nice staff giving many recommendations for sightseeing. Neat and tidy. A very comfortable night.

整體不錯，職員有禮， 房間內設備齊全，不過沒有牙膏牙刷。 酒店內有健身設備。 只是酒店位置較偏僻， 與機場入口有一段距離。 比較方便自駕人士入住！

无论房间还是酒店都无可挑剔，设计很用心。 房间布局合理而且卧室区域高出客厅，美丽湖景躺在床上都可以一览无余。房间的壁炉既实用又温馨。就是浴室的排风系统不知在哪里？ 酒店综合设施的确非常齐全，SPA、酒吧、中餐馆（比皇后镇中餐便宜）、台球、桌上足球和影院通通都有。酒店楼比较多，车都集中停在一个地下停车场，没什么不方便，反而使整个小区显得整洁干净。强烈推荐！

We spent two nights in this hotel. The location of this hotel is not bad. 15 minutes drive to the center of Queenstown. However, to my surprise, except the rooms with balcony, the windows in the rooms of this hotel cannot be openned. We cannot breath the fresh air outside. What we can do is to turn on the air condition. It is ridiculous! This hotel is newly openned 6 months ago, thus at its foyer there are still some unpleasant decoration smell. Another thing I want to point is when I booked this hotel in this website, I choose to pay the room fee in cash when I check in. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me they had already got the money from my credit card. This also made me unpleasant. If I came to Queenstown again, I will not choose this hotel again.

如果有租車的旅客 不介意開10分鐘車程出皇后鎮的話 這裡絕對是值得留宿 ！

Our room smelled terribly. It had grease/fat smells (and also other) which we thought might be coming from a cafe kitchen in the building but later guessed they were from a previous guest. As reception had closed there was no way to address this problem so were left to sleep in a smelly room.

Disappointing stay - Ramada is tired and grubby Still managed to charge a premium price for Franton Queenstown. Air Conditioning was broken as it was 3 months ago ( read other past reviews ) the excuse that the maintenance man had gone home for the day and I was told to there was a heater in the wardrobe (how convenient) the notice with the portable heater however must used sitting a a piece of wood and not directly on the carpet in case of scorching. Wouldn’t make any difference the carpet is well used, grubby and stained. No compensation or apology offered. This is certainly not your finest Marsden Group spend some money and refurbish !
