房務打掃需要在當天中午12:00 前預訂，這沒有問題，但當我已經提前一天預約打掃了，當天出門前也再次確認今天需要打掃的，但當回去時，卻還是沒有打掃。到櫃檯詢問，也只得到清掃人員已離開。他們也沒有辦法做什麼。我們住了12天，僅預約了三次打掃，還出這烏龍，也真的無語了。

還很新的飯店，房價雖然有些高但住宿空間超大，差不多就是一間小公寓了，就是床小了點，也沒有浴缸有點可惜，浴室有洗衣機跟烘衣機非常方便。整體來說很滿意。

It’s a apartment hotel which not expect lots of facility but it’s good place to stay for city tour. Apartment is big enough for family, living, bed room, and bath room are clean and tidy. Location is nearby the city with 10mins walk. It’s a great place to stay for city tour.

Passive staffs. Each hardwares should be examined thoroughly before guests check in. Don’t wait for the guest to discover the problems. This groups of staffs are quite lay back and regards problems as nothing. Unbelievable!

Overall satisfy. As vip got upgrade the rooms with good views😉. Room was spacious and clean. Reception were nice and helpful. But the refreshment and the salt & pepper need to be refilled. More clothes hangers would be better. Nice stay with families.

Overall satisfy. Got upgraded the rooms which in high floor & got good view facing the Skytower (as vip member). Reception was nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. However we found the salt & pepper bottle were empty when we did the cooking in the pantry. If the refreshments (i.e. tea bag & coffee) can be refilled enough for 3 days would be better.

今次queeenstown 都係住同一集團， 分別都住3日queeenstown 就每天都有bread 飲品，麵包醬贈送。 auckland 就只係頭一日得個麵包， 相差很遠。 徐了這樣， 其他都好滿意

Effecient check-in & out, bright and clean room with lot of windows which allow sunshine and creating spacious environment.
Its new industrial type apartment locates just outside the skirt of downtown area with lesser traffic and people but close enough to major tourist attractions. Victoria Park in front provides more board and open space.
