Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean room modern room. Fantastic breakfast with the excellent additional option of paying to create your own picked lunch box from the buffet. With the cost of food in Bergen so high it was much appreciated by us.

机场过来，做1号小火车，大概40分钟就到，步行到酒店就3-5分钟，非常方便。我们买的是24小时票，小火车很方便。去了老城，坐了缆车，老城很小，基本可以步行走遍。房间很现代化，洗澡水大，也提供烧水壶，但是我没有用。我自己带的。早餐特别棒，选择很多。房间舒服。国庆期间任娟400+RMB，在北欧性价比已经很高了。后来我还在其他城市选择了这个集团，都很赞

Hotellet har en veldig sentral beliggenhet, og det er enkelt å utforske byen til fots. Frokosten var god, med et variert utvalg av mat.
Likevel mener jeg at hotellet ikke helt holder standarden man forventer av et 4-stjerners hotell. Noen av fasilitetene og detaljene kunne vært bedre. Alt i alt hadde vi et hyggelig opphold, men jeg hadde forventet litt mer.

Hotellihuoneen ja hotellikäytävien siisteys oli todella huono. Olimme varanneet yhden yön yöpymisen hotellissa kolmen hengen huoneessa. Huoneen wc oli siivoamatta ja lakanoissa oli tahroja. Huoneen seinissä oli myös likaa. Meille saatiin kuitenkin järjestettyä tilalle perhehuone joka oli hieman ensimmäistä siistimpi. Kuitenkin perhehuoneen kokolattiamatto oli epäsiisti ja tahrainen. Näkymät perhehuoneesta olivat kuitenkin upeat.
Aulahenkilökunta kuitenkin teki tilanteessa parhaansa ja tästä heille kiitokset. Uusi huone järjestyi nopeasti ja vaivattomasti. Myös siivouksen puolelta tilannetta pahoiteltiin mikä oli plussaa.
Aamiainen hotellissa oli hyvä ja siellä oli paljon erilaisia vaihtoehtoja tarjolla.
Mielestäni kuitenkaan hotellin hinta ja laatu eivät kohdanneet. Hotelli oli siisteystasoon nähden aivan liian kallis.

Looks iffy from the outside, but it's a good location. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are big in comparision to most Scandinivian hotels. There is a terrace which was a nice place to sit. We wished the hotel had a better bar area though.

The staff at the front desk was extra helpful especially the tall gentleman with the beard. Didn’t get his name. Marius at the bar upstairs was very helpful and friendly as well. It was close to the downtown without too much of a walk and very close to the train station which worked for us going to Oslo on Sunday.

The property is well located and you can reach the old town in about 20 minutes. Nice hotel.
The staff was courteous but not too excited about high level customer service. I sent two emails requesting information, the first one few weeks prior to arrival and the second email 2 days before arrival. They answered on my second day of staying there. Obviously too late.
The second issue was that we stayed there 4 days. They only cleaned the room one day and only because I made a request. One of the reason of not taking airbnb is to have your room made every day.
