Nice and quiet with multiple dine-in options.

The facilities atop the mountain is incredible. The majority of the staff at the reception do not give you their full attention, and the rooms are not clean. They will accept other clients while they check you in, and as you make your request, one staff after another will keep stepping in. I've never stayed at a hotel like the Pearl Continental in Bhurband; the staff, from the receptionist to the room cleaner, is appalling. They never changed the towels, so I asked three different persons to provide fresh ones, but no one seemed to care. When I called the operator to request a bottle of water, he informed me that they only allowed one bottle per room per day. I would NOT suggest anyone to stay here Pearl Continental Bhurband unless they improve their customer service.

Buffet menu were not worth the price. Key cards were being deactivated after one use.

Over all it was a great experience. Dinner at terrace was good. Breakfast was average.

Beautiful place. Excelent and helpful staff. There two live singers in the evening. The view in the morning can not be purchased with money. Me and my wife were very happy. I wish we had more time

My stay was completely disappointing. There were little bugs in the room and in my bed. The service at breakfast was nonexistent. I got a table one day, put my book and water bottle on the table, to return to the table with my food - it is a buffet- and find a man sitting there. He had taken my table. The ability to use the pool was terribly restrictive and after all the kids had been in the pool. The massage was too expensive and the masseuse poured so much oil in me, did not know how to do a proper massage and left twice in the middle of the massage to talk to a colleague and then to get a drink of water. They tried to charge me for a 90 minute massage but my massage was not even 60 minutes. Overall NOT a relaxing experiencing. I would look for other places to stay. The food also was not great. The only good place was the organic cafe.

Staff was very cooperative

PC bills itself as a luxury resort and if you come in expecting White Lotus levels of luxury, you are probably going to be disappointed. Lines can be long for check in and breakfast buffet, and there are a few quirks here and there (slow service in the restaurants, lack of temperature controls in some rooms) that might irk. But the staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely and the bed I slept in was crazy comfortable.
