Great staff. An oasis in an urban environment

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay at this hotel because of the property and the staff.

The lobby was beautiful and the staff outstanding, but the rooms were a major disappointment. We had to switch twice due to strong moldy odors and even found a dirty toilet in one. One morning, the water cut off mid-shower. The only pleasant scent was in the lobby; upstairs smelled musty. While the staff and food were great, the hotel rooms desperately need upgrades. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

The staff at this property works like a well oiled machine. It was very refreshing to see a work ethic that we do not have in the United States. Even the manager of the dining room was bussing tables. Very impressed. Staff was outstanding. David was awesome as along with the rest of the front desk, staff was great. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it.

Tout est bien dans l'hôtel, la piscine est un plus, et Services est au top. Rien à redire, si ce n'est parfois l'insonorisation dans la chambre...

O hotel é ótimo, quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã excelente e os funcionários sempre gentis. A localização é boa, mas não é bonita. É facil chamar carro de aplicativo para os pontos turisticos.

We arrived on a family reunion on 7/13. Checkin went extremely well. The young man who assisted us with our bags to our room was very pleasant and helpful. We couldn't sleep due to the noise every night. One evening the power went out and the generator was so loud and vibrating that you couldn't even think. Several nights the balcony door would not close we asked for a key to assure that our door would stay closed we were told no due to safety issues. We would come back to our room to find that the door had popped open again. It would then take hours for the room to cool back down because the temperature was in the high 80's to 90. We checked out on 7/20 the women who checked us out was very rude she acted as if we brothering her, poor customer service big difference from the young lady who checked us in. My family and I come every year, this year we made it into a family reunion. This property would not be my first, second or even third choice to stay at again.

La atención del personal fue espectacular. Desde el momento de la llegada, nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. Y siempre atendían nuestras necesidades de manera oportuna y eficiente.

Está bien ubicada, la propiedad está muy bien mantenida, atención de primer nivel, aseado, elevadores en condiciones excelentes, servicio de botones, valet parquín Excelente, habitaciones baños excelentes, excelente servicio de atención en el mostrador todo fue excelente

Friendly staff and easy to take a Uber from the hotel. I felt the hotel was centralized to all the locations we visited.

Meu quarto tinha um ruído que parecia ser no ar condicionado. Desliguei o ar e o ruído continuou, madrugada afora. Talvez algum barulho do compressor ou dos dutos. Incomodava bastante. Notifiquei a srta. que me atendeu no check-out

Klimaanlage ziemlich laut. Aggregat gelegentlich ebenfalls laut. Gut: Nur ca. 100 m zur Metro. Hotel gut - müsste aber mal renoviert werden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Our experience with the staff of the Renaissance Hotel was indescribable. The entire staff starting with the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeper, concierge it made us feel welcomed since day 1. We spent 16 days and everyday was like day 1. I definitely recommend without doubt the Renaissance Hotel. Your money will be very well spend and you will be grateful, location is also a plus located in one of main avenue in Panama with walking distance for shopping and entertainment.
