Bel accueil du personnel, toujours courtois. J’ai eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui ne fonctionnait pas et le personnel m’a donné une nouvelle chambre sur le champ. Service de laverie directement à l’hôtel, très pratique.

Wonderful stay at Andenes del Inca, and staff who made us feel like family. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast was simple but comparable to other similar hotels in Peru. The breakfast area had hammocks, a view of the Ollantaytambo ruins, and a lovely hotel kitty.

The breakfast was amazing, we always had fresh fruit and eggs with more than we could eat. The yogurt was also delicious and homemade. It was a very cute place and the staff were absolutely amazing. Definitely one of our favourite stays while in Peru.

We really enjoyed this little hotel. The rooms are pretty much new. It’s just up from the square. The breakfast was great. They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread. The property is very clean and again just close to the square or Plaza de Armas and just up the road a couple blocks from the historic ruins the staff was very friendly, including Alvaro

Breakfast is basic.
Would have appreciated an extended breakfast time which was from 6-8am. Unless you have an early tour who wants to be ready by 8am for breakfast!

The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful. You need to know that if you want your room cleaned you have to give them the key. The room was compact but it did have a refrigerator. The hot tub was inoperable . The breakfast was ok, they offered to make you eggs. The hotel is up an alley which you need to know if arriving by taxi. A good value in a walkable part of town
